“agile tracking success”
Pros
It handles everything well, from basic bug and task tracking to supporting more advanced agile software development workflows and the overall experience is very user-friendly.
Cons
One downside is that some features most people would see as basic or essential are now being shifted into plugins or add-ons which means paying extra for them.

“customizable for anything”
Pros
There's virtually no limit to how customizable this software is. I haven't run into a setting or option that can't be adjusted and it can be tailored to match just about any process or workflow.
Cons
The redesigned version was a big adjustment at first and created quite a few issues early on. It can also turn into something that takes a full-time effort to manage.

“clean and connected”
Pros
Using this tool feels very easy and that's one of the things I appreciate most about it. It connects well with a lot of other software which makes it much more practical to fit into daily workflows. The interface also looks modern and polished, giving it a quick and pleasant feel while using it.
Cons
Since the updated design was introduced, a few features have become a bit harder to locate at first. That said, it seems more like something that improves with time and once you get used to the new layout, it becomes easier to navigate.

“real-time workflow results”
Pros
This platform has been a really helpful organizational tool especially for getting real-time updates and results. The interface is very user friendly and it connects well with several other platforms which makes everything more convenient to manage.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having the option to mute notifications for certain users. Right now, when I update an issue after testing, the developers still keep receiving notifications they don't really need.

“does everything well”
Pros
It covers just about everything and that's really the one big advantage. It may not handle every task especially well and it definitely doesn't make things simple but it does include all of it.
Cons
Nearly every part of it feels unnecessarily difficult. Setting it up is hard, using it is hard and managing it is just as frustrating. There's also far too much bloatware.

“developer-friendly tools”
Pros
There are plenty of customization options and the system is easy to work with. It supports the development process well and also makes reporting results much more manageable.
Cons
Performance tends to drop during peak periods especially around month-end closing when everyone is entering timesheet data and running different reports at the same time.

“centralized project files”
Pros
Having everything for a project stored in one place is really helpful. When someone needs me to handle something, they can assign a task directly to me and I get an email notification about it. It's also useful that all files and project-related documents can be uploaded and kept on the site.
Cons
Getting around within a project can be a bit confusing at times. It would be better if there were a prompt or box asking something like, "What would you like to do next?" to make it clearer where to go from there.

“agile analytics win”
Pros
Pretty much everyone around me uses it at their companies which gives a lot of confidence in the platform. It works really well for agile development but it also fits other software development approaches just fine. All the core areas are covered, including product management, story management, backlogs and more, plus the analytics are especially useful. The graphs make it easier to understand team performance and spot where efficiency can be improved.
Cons
Because it comes with so many features, a few of them feel buggy or partly broken. For example, when points are added to tasks they get counted in the story but they don't appear on the story summary page. Small glitches like that make the overall experience a bit less polished.

“fits every workflow”
Pros
One of the best things about this product is how customizable it is which makes it feel like a natural fit for our company. I've worked with it at several different companies over the years and each one has used it a little differently. Even so, it always ends up being tailored in a way that best supports that company's project goals.
Cons
I've been using it for years and honestly haven't run into any downsides.

“change management success”
Pros
Our IT department has been using it as a Change Management System and I'm pleased with the product overall. The performance has been great, there are very few bugs or errors and it works really well.
Cons
The only thing that doesn't fully appeal to me is the look and feel although it's not a major issue.

“tracking with integrations”
Pros
The interface is self-explanatory and being able to pull data from SVN and GIT commits while also grabbing build status from Jenkins is a big plus. It also supports regular expressions and SQL-style query strings for searching and filtering issues which makes it very flexible. On top of that, the layout can be integrated with your project or company branding and the documentation is very well done especially around features like text formatting and using the right search queries.
Cons
I sometimes notice that page refreshes are slower than expected compared to other platforms and I think the automated email notifications could have a more polished and visually appealing design.

“testing hub”
Pros
Having one powerful platform for everything has really helped my company align major workflows especially communication around app testing, bugs, fixes and new ideas. Since our team is spread across the US, it makes a huge difference to have a single place everyone can use for real-time updates and shared information.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve although I wouldn't really call it a true downside. Figuring out the navigation and learning how to make the most of all the features was not completely simple at first so it took a little time to get used to. That said, it's a large tool so that was somewhat expected. The available resources and support for new users are excellent which made onboarding much easier. After about a day of exploring the different features, I felt fully comfortable using it for what I needed.

“bugs in the platform”
Pros
With fewer bugs and a better user experience, this could be an outstanding tool. It still feels like the most powerful and full-featured project management platform available.
Cons
Bugs are everywhere. My team is constantly reaching out to our internal IT champion for help. I work at a software company where everyone is pretty tech-savvy and this has ended up at the top of our list of software we definitely do not want to model ourselves after.

“team tracking win”
Pros
Keeping a team organised and following progress across the entire project is really easy with this. It makes it clear what each team member is working on at any given time and it's also very useful in meetings because tickets can be broken down and linked together.
Cons
Getting fully comfortable with it can take time because there are so many features to learn. At the same time, that depth is also part of the benefit since those extra features end up making things much more manageable once you understand them.

“visible issue management”
Pros
Using the issue tracker, it's simple to see the status of an escalated issue at any point. The Home page in the Help Center also puts updates and notifications near the top so users can immediately notice new information or any current trending issues.
Cons
One limitation is that open or pending issues can't be searched by the date or time the request was submitted or by when the issue originally started. Requests can only be sorted by request type, whether they are open or closed or by who created them. It would definitely benefit from more flexible sorting options.
