“team alignment support”
Pros
It does a good job of bringing marketing, design and development together around project work.
Cons
Interface looks pretty unattractive and it doesn't exactly make me feel motivated to use it.

“simple reporting power”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very easy and there's a wide range of built-in reports available right out of the box.
Cons
Setup and configuration process feels a little more convoluted than expected when trying to tailor the software to work exactly the way I want.

“customizable ticketing”
Pros
Working in customer support for a P2P riding app, I use this to manage app incidents every day. The documentation is thorough and it brings a lot of value to our support team. Its customization options are especially useful and work really well for our needs. It also tracks every ticket clearly through each status so it's simple to follow progress and see whether something has been updated or resolved. Honestly, it's one of the best tools I've used.
Cons
At times, the connection can be a bit slow although it usually gets resolved pretty quickly. There are also moments when the notifications tab doesn't refresh right away but to their credit, those issues tend to get fixed fast as well.

“API-friendly agile tool”
Pros
This works really well for teams using an agile methodology. The API set is powerful and helps automate a lot of processes. It also supports custom filters through JQL which is very useful when tracking and organizing work. Integration with developer tools is another strong point because it gives end-to-end traceability. On top of that, both QA teams and developers can use it effectively.
Cons
One issue comes up when a form is embedded outside the system and submits a new IT task. If that task is used to raise a ticket, there is no automatic way to notify the requester once the ticket has been resolved. Another annoyance is that a small window sometimes opens accidentally if the main window is clicked the wrong way which can be irritating. There is also a 10 MB limit on attachments which feels restrictive.

“flexible sprint management”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how the functionality can expand as needs grow. I mainly rely on it to track tickets during sprints while our development team uses it for a much wider range of tasks.
Cons
The licensing could be simpler. It would also be better to have more options when it comes to different user levels.

“valuable team asset”
Pros
When it's used properly, this is a very capable project management and web development platform. With the full feature set put to work the right way, it can become a major advantage for almost any team or project.
Cons
It really takes someone with dedicated expertise to use and customize effectively. For some users, the platform can feel overly complex and a bit confusing because of how extensive it is.

“lifecycle reporting control”
Pros
Such a simple tool yet it's incredibly powerful. You could spend all day appreciating what it can do but the real proof comes once the team starts using it, they quickly end up relying on it for reporting and for managing the full lifecycle of other issues.
Cons
How hard it is for someone to use at a basic level really depends on how the admin set it up and that's an important thing to keep in mind. If customers are struggling with it, that shortfall needs to be acknowledged and corrected, no matter how stubborn or personally invested the person who built it may be.

“smart notifications”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how widely it's used across the industry which means there are plenty of integrations available. The most valuable one for us has been the Zendesk integration with our ticketing system. Our support engineers can connect Zendesk tickets directly to IT issues and whenever an issue is updated, the linked Zendesk ticket updates too which is very useful. The notification setup is also really well thought out. There's an in-app notification feature with a bell in the bottom corner and notifications can also be sent by email. On top of that, it does a good job of only sending updates that are actually relevant to you so it avoids overwhelming users with too many alerts. Another strong point is the intelligent task ordering and prioritization which fits very well in a development environment.
Cons
Most of the downsides I noticed are fairly minor but there's definitely still room to improve. For example, on the sprint page there's a small star icon in the upper-right corner. When I hover over it, the description just says "Star," which doesn't really explain what the button is supposed to do. A lot of users are not going to figure that out without clearer guidance. I also think the UI feels a little awkward in places. There seems to be wasted space throughout the layout and sometimes less important elements take up more room than they should. I'm also not particularly a fan of the large collapsible side menus. Finally because the platform offers so many features, the learning curve can be pretty steep.

“stable but limited”
Pros
There's a great range of options and add-ons available that help improve the user experience and there are plenty of online resources to learn from. It's also been very reliable, I haven't run into any outages at all.
Cons
Using it just doesn't feel very engaging. Compared with other ticketing systems, the interface comes across as fairly bland and from a general user standpoint, the reporting features feel pretty limited next to what other platforms offer.

“agile workflow powerhouse”
Pros
It works really well as an agile project management tool and gives a lot of flexibility where it matters. The ticket fields can be configured in detail, each project can have its own workflow and email alerts keep everyone updated whenever a ticket changes. Attaching images and files is easy, integrations with other software engineering tools are very useful and the drag-and-drop option for moving tickets between states makes day-to-day tracking much more practical. The built-in time tracking is also a big plus.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it can take some time especially at the beginning. Workflows can also become pretty complex depending on how they are set up and the pricing can get expensive.

“powerful ticket filters”
Pros
Handling tickets with multiple team members works really well and the filtering options are some of the best I've come across. It makes it very quick to sort, track and organize both open and resolved tickets without much effort.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to figuring out all of the available options. It works wonderfully for end users but getting everything set up and fully understood can be a bit of a challenge if you don't have experienced backend support behind it.

“role-based board access”
Pros
Getting new team members started is pretty easy and the core functionality feels very simple to use. It also lets you manage access by role which is really helpful and it can be adapted to support both Scrum and Kanban boards.
Cons
There can still be a small learning curve when it comes to understanding and using all of the features.

“best workflow tracker”
Pros
From bug tracking to tasks and release management, this platform really covers everything. If you need to manage any kind of workflow especially when work has to be broken into smaller pieces, it handles that extremely well. Out of all the tools I've used, this is easily the best one for that kind of tracking.
Cons
Even with all the functionality it offers, things can get a little complicated when you're trying to configure it for several teams. At my workplace, for instance, multiple teams use the software and we've had a hard time setting up separate workflows for each group although that may partly come down to how we're using it.

“agile analytics leader”
Pros
One thing this tool does really well is support agile execution. It comes with plenty of features for advanced monitoring of the software development process and for tracking specific tasks in detail. When deeper analytics are needed, the information is there and it's simple to pull out all the details related to your software process.
Cons
From my perspective, this is one of those rare tools that feels practically perfect.

“dashboard flexibility”
Pros
Beyond issue tracking, it has become the way other departments send requests to my team and that setup has worked really well. The flexibility of the platform and the wide range of features make it enjoyable to use. Building dashboards that create a clear queue for my team's incoming requests from other departments has been a huge improvement.
Cons
At times, the flexibility can almost work against you because the system starts to feel a bit cryptic. My team is among the less technical groups using it so teams like engineering and technical support, who rely on it constantly, often create processes that turn into tribal knowledge. The training I've had has also been pretty limited so I think the experience will likely improve as I get more familiar with the options it offers.

Pros
Our team was able to use it to manage internal software bugs as well as customer-reported issues all the way from initial identification through to the final fix and that made the whole process much more effective.

“agile tracking success”
Pros
Agile product management works really well here for keeping product development on track and staying on top of bug tracking. The interface is pleasant and once you spend a little time exploring it or have someone walk you through it, it becomes easy to use. The pricing also feels fair especially when you have a larger number of users.
Cons
Without any familiarity with SCRUM or Agile, this product can feel very confusing at first.
