Good program but not so user friendly

Pros

All tasks for every action taker are clearly displayed. It is easy to see in Jira who is responsible for what and who to report to.

Cons

Navigating between tasks and actions can be challenging. Jira tends to open pop-ups when I do not want them, instead of opening tasks in a new window. As a result, I end up with each action opened in a new tab to keep things organized.

Decent Task and project tacking tool

Pros

Jira is extensively used by my current company, and it has become one of the most preferred tools. We create tickets, log time and update ticket statuses. Both the company and the employees are highly satisfied with this tool. From my career experience, it is undoubtedly the most user friendly tracking tool I have come across. Also the UI and UX are exceptionally well designed.

Cons

While Jira doesn't have many issues, there is room for improvement in its UI for the dark mode, as it feels a bit off. Additionally, I often forget to stop the time log, but fortunately, I can edit it later. I hope they come up with a solution to address these issues.

One of the aspects I like is the easy-to-follow workflow path. As a user, I can easily add comments, and the most recent ones appear at the top of the page. Uploading documents related to Jira issues or tasks is also seamless. Additionally, there is an option to directly email a user, ensuring they receive notifications about the tasks assigned to them.

Cons

Each Jira issue page looks cluttered with unnecessary elements. I believe the tool could be simplified significantly. Nonetheless, it fulfills its purpose effectively.
