Pros

It serves as a useful collaborative tool as it allows easy note-taking and changes to tickets, with notifications sent to the owner through the tool itself and via email. It's great for tracking progress and fairly effective for planning sprints and monitoring progress through agile delivery.

Cons

It's not easy to pick up. Different displays and boards are not easy to understand or find. Working on multiple projects can be quite confusing.

The interface has a modern look, and the concept is great. The graphics are truly impressive, and of course, it's a robust application. The calendar feature is particularly outstanding and I also enjoyed the integration with Slack.
