Pros

The functionality is commendable allowing for realtime reporting smooth issue tracking and ensuring comprehensive stakeholder collaboration.

Cons

There's an assumption that you should already be familiar with Jira's operation and no training or development is required a perspective I don't necessarily agree with. It's common to inherit permissions from team peers as I've observed on multiple occasions.

Cons

Additionally the ample documentation and support contribute to a seamless Jira experience.

Cons

The only issue with bug tracking is that with the setting of flags there can be an overwhelming number of highpriority bugs which can dilute the importance of the highpriority classification. It might be useful to set a limit in this regard.
