There are a few hiccups with regards to integrations. We had some issues when trying to integrate it with AirTable, for example.

“Best issue tracking tool”
Pros
Jira is a very user-friendly app. We use it to log issues and bugs. Logging is simple and can be customized; we can also attach scripts to it to simplify the work. It has a simple but productive design for the user. Dark mode is also great.
Cons
It is sometimes slow when first loaded. When the session is lost, the issue logging in progress can be irretrievably lost, which is sometimes annoying.

“Jira for Ticket management”
Pros
I like that we can create different projects for each team, and still relate tickets together from each. Jira is very customizable. It is easy to track ticket progress and update tickets tagging team members, relating tickets, etc.
Cons
Our team does wish we could create ticket templates where users can click the template, fill it out, then submit it as a new ticket. This would save a lot of time and confusion. Especially if we could create templates that automatically have related ticket templates attached i.e. an Epic ticket template for larger projects that require multiple teams.

“Simple user rating”
Pros
It is not difficult to use even for a non-expert, but the starting needs support. I mean IT-specialist support.
Cons
The appearance is already old-fashioned. Adding files to discussions is not handy. I think that simplicity is the key to the success of all future developments.

“Best for Complex Digital Project”
Pros
Especially great for projects including more than one stakeholder; if you think you are working in a multinational, that's unavoidable but Jira is supporting us the best.
Cons
It gets sometimes a little complicated, especially in the comments sections where things get a little messy, and also table creation is not responsive; it requires unnecessary scrolls.

“Jira for project management is really a great tool to keep all the tasks on track”
Pros
Easy interface for someone like me who prefers old-school things, but I got comfortable with Jira within a week. I have been tracking all the projects related to small development to our existing system, and it's helping us out a lot. Time tracking, project management, and assigning are easier.
Cons
It took me some time to understand the tool, but with the help of some guides and tutorial videos, I was able to get along easily. No cons for this application at all.

“A Robust Software Solution for Streamlined Software Development Management”
Pros
The software offers an extensive array of tools for effectively overseeing software development projects including issue tracking task assignment and progress monitoring. Its customizable nature allows teams to adapt it to their specific workflows and requirements. Additionally it seamlessly integrates with various development tools and platforms enhancing collaboration and productivity. The reporting and analytics features provide valuable insights into team performance project progress and issue resolution.
Cons
Due to its wide range of customization options JIRA might seem daunting for new users necessitating time and effort to grasp its functionalities. Furthermore the softwares extensive features and configurations can make it feel unwieldy especially for smaller less complex projects.
