The ticket preview is rather basic. It would be more beneficial if documents attached to tickets could be accessed dynamically rather than being displayed in a small box. Similarly when opening posted links it would be better to open a new page rather than reloading the current one.

Naturally it has its downsides. The pricing for Jira can be relatively high particularly for smaller teams. Furthermore transitioning from ClickUp to Jira involves a learning curve but with patience and practice it becomes more manageable.
