“A useful task management tool”
Pros
Initially I expected a challenge but JIRA has impressed me with its ability to help me and my team track tasks efficiently. I appreciate how it allows us to add Confluence links with Jira tasks eliminating the need for separate documents. Additionally it notifies me of any modifications made to my created or assigned tasks.
Cons
Although rare it does experience glitches particularly when the internet connection is slow.

“Great tool for Project management and tracking”
Pros
I appreciate JIRA's functionalities and user interface. Its userfriendly design ensures quick access to necessary information. Kanban boards and reports such as past sprint tickets and burndown charts provide valuable insights. It's a powerful application in the market.
Cons
JIRA could improve attachment size limits as it can be challenging to upload documents larger than 2 MB. Additionally providing links instead of direct attachments can be cumbersome for users.

“Not the best for marketing teams”
Pros
The functionalities of Jira are adequate for task and time management although our team finds the user experience less appealing. It does make logging and tracking work relatively easy.
Cons
The interface appears outdated and the abundance of terms and menus can make navigation challenging. Additionally Jira's reporting requires manual adjustments making it less suitable for marketing teams that require specific spaces for visuals and campaigns.

“Impressive Agile Control with Jira”
Pros
The standout feature of Jira is its remarkable ability to quantify team productivity and provide a realistic expectation of product release timelines. It serves as a valuable tool for tracking changes made to any product, creating a timeline of modifications and capturing user requirements effectively.
Cons
One area for improvement is the visualization of stories when they are split into multiple parts. It would be beneficial to have the option to view the original story as a map, timeline, or tree list, offering a better understanding of when changes were made and their sequence.
