“Strong collaboration across teams”
Pros
Team collaboration is a major strength of this tool and a big reason it can be used broadly and effectively across both business teams and IT support groups.
Cons
The biggest gap is the lack of training documentation which is an important piece if the tool is going to be adopted widely and used thoroughly across business and IT support teams.

“clear sprint tracking”
Pros
It helps our team keep sprints and projects organized alongside BAU work without much hassle and it gives solid visibility into any blockers that come up.
Cons
One frustrating part is the complexity of finding older tickets that were grouped into closed sprints since they are not very simple to locate that way.

“Solid set of features”
Pros
The feature set is really strong for the price. Once everything is configured, the platform is simple to use and keeps task management very organized. Collaboration across projects and teams works well and customer support responds quickly when needed.
Cons
Getting started can be confusing for new users and the initial setup takes a while. The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming, smaller teams may find the pricing expensive and the diagramming tools are fairly limited compared with software built specifically for diagrams.

“Can build workflows”
Pros
Having everything organized in one place is a huge plus. It makes it really simple to keep up with tasks, bugs and overall progress especially when collaborating with a team. The customization is also a big benefit since I can build boards and workflows to match exactly what I need. On top of that, it connects well with other tools which ends up saving me a lot of time.
Cons
It's definitely a powerful platform but getting started can feel a little overwhelming because there are so many features packed into it. The interface is not always the most user-friendly either so there is a bit of a learning curve.

“simple to track tasks”
Pros
Keeping track of tickets and tasks is very simple with this tool. It's easy to use, the status details are always available and sorting, filtering and querying tickets can be done quickly.
Cons
One downside is the restricted delete permission so tickets created by mistake can still remain an issue. The comments area, image attachment options and font styling also feel like they could use an update.

“Ability to adjust issue types”
Pros
Being able to adjust every issue type, field and transition makes the platform fit the way I work instead of making me change my process to match the tool.
Cons
It usually needs extra support from a dedicated admin to manage everything properly. Without that oversight, workflows can quickly become cluttered and hard to follow.

“awesome test management tool”
Pros
It works really well as a test management tool and connects with a variety of automation tools. It's something we can depend on for complete end-to-end test management.
Cons
The API key limitation can make test automation integration restrictive. Zephyr also still requires manual work and interruptions when dealing with direct integration to automated tests.

“Helps organize tasks”
Pros
I really appreciated how it helps organize tasks and keep track of project progress. The boards, whether Scrum or Kanban, are clear and practical for everyday use. It's also very useful for managing bugs and maintaining good visibility into what the team is working on. The customization options are definitely a big advantage.
Cons
it can feel a bit intimidating. There are a lot of features so it takes some time to figure everything out. Some configurations are also fairly complex especially if you're not used to this kind of tool. At times, the interface can feel a little crowded.

“perfect for small teams”
Pros
Setting up tasks and following progress with Kanban and similar boards works really well. It fits a small team nicely and also connects well with other products which makes day-to-day work more convenient.
Cons
It can take a bit more time to learn than some other tools. Searching across multiple projects also starts to feel a little complicated.

“Useful cross-platform connections”
Pros
This product has been really solid especially for referencing tickets across different Atlassian apps. That cross-platform connection is genuinely useful and helps keep everything aligned.
Cons
The interface and a few features can be a bit difficult to work with on a daily basis. Some improvements to the UI and a reduction in latency would make it much better.

“provides good value”
Pros
Considering everything it offers, Jira is very good value for the money. The ticketing system works well for customer support and is simple to use. It also lets multiple teams handle and manage tickets together which really improves collaboration across the company.
Cons
At times, the interface feels a bit dated but it does not get in the way of keeping work moving or managing tasks efficiently.

“Top-notch task management tool”
Pros
It is an incredible task management tool. It feels very user-friendly and simple to use and it's something people can pick up on their own without much training so the change management side is minimal.
Cons
The reporting side could definitely be better and there's room to add more features. That said some reports, like the ones for user points, are quite useful.

“Lets us assign tickets and monitor progress”
Pros
From day one, it has been a organized and user-friendly platform that has significantly improved how we track and respond to inquiries. We can assign tickets, monitor progress and quickly pull up items for review or analysis. The option to add automations is also a big plus.
Cons
Jira is definitely one of the more expensive platforms so you really need to make full use of it to justify the price. That said if you take advantage of the complete suite of features, the cost feels worthwhile.

“Makes collaboration simple”
Pros
Working in Jira has been really helpful for writing requirements and staying aligned with cross-functional teams. It makes collaboration much simpler for groups made up of analysts, developers and QA and it feels more customizable than other similar tools I've used. I also appreciate being able to create both personal boards and shared team boards depending on what I need.
Cons
Getting started can be a little challenging for someone who hasn't used this kind of tool before. It would be helpful to have more detailed step-by-step guidance for first-time users and even refresher training, tips or trick sessions could add value for anyone using it.

“Central hub”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one place makes the whole workflow much easier to follow from beginning to end. It's particularly useful for staying in sync with development and product teams, bugs, user stories, priorities and status updates are all visible so it's simple to see what's blocked, what's being worked on and what still needs attention.
Cons
Things can start to feel noisy and cluttered especially on bigger projects and important updates sometimes end up buried in long comment threads, notifications or ticket history. Depending on how the project is set up even reporting a simple bug can feel a little too involved because of the number of fields, steps or workflow requirements.

“can customize the workflow”
Pros
Ticket and backlog management is easily the strongest part of this tool. If you're working with Agile or Kanban, it fits really well and handles both without issues. We also use it with Bitbucket and having pull request links show up right inside the ticket saves a lot of time. On top of that, the workflow can be customized to match pretty much anything you need.
Cons
At the same time, it feels far too heavy. There are moments when loading a single page takes forever which gets frustrating when all you want is to quickly check a task. The interface can also be really confusing for new users, with tons of buttons and settings tucked away in different places. It definitely comes with a pretty steep learning curve.

Pros
It makes bug tracking, task management and team collaboration much more manageable during agile development. The sprint boards and workflow tools keep projects organized and help developers and testers communicate better throughout the process.

“Extensive set of features”
Pros
This software offers great value for money. It delivers a powerful feature set that works well whether you're part of a small team or a much larger organization. The platform is also quite user-friendly overall, with an interface that makes it simple to monitor progress, assign tasks and keep everything organized without needing a long learning period. Its task management capabilities are especially solid, making it easier to break large, complicated projects into smaller, manageable parts with clear visibility across the board. Collaboration is another area where it performs really well since it gives teams a centralized place to communicate, share updates and stay aligned in real time. On top of that, the built-in diagramming tools and integrations are very useful for mapping out workflows and processes which adds a lot of clarity to project work. Their customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever issues come up which makes the overall experience even better.
Cons
At the same time, all of those powerful features can make the platform feel a bit too complex especially for someone new to it. Even though the interface is packed with functionality, it is not always the most user-friendly so ease of use can suffer and onboarding may take extra time and training. From a task management perspective, the high level of customization is helpful in theory but in practice it can sometimes feel overwhelming and make simple workflows more complicated than they need to be. That can also create challenges for project and team collaboration since people may have trouble staying aligned if workflows are not configured clearly from the beginning. Also, while it generally offers solid value for money, the cost can rise fairly quickly once you start adding advanced features and extra add-ons.
