Cons

My experience with JIRAs notification system echoes a common sentiment across Atlassian products. Relying solely on email notifications can inundate inboxes especially when managing multiple projects. A more robust notification center within the software would greatly enhance user experience.

Cons

In my experience my only issue isnt with Jira itself but rather its integration with Clockify. Theres a minor inconvenience where stopping the timer on Clockify doesnt update the Time Taken value on tasks started from Jira.

The tools ease of implementation and usage is impressive and widely acknowledged. Personally I prefer the cloud version due to its straightforward nature compared to the onprem implementation.

Cons

The limitation on user numbers in the cloud version can pose challenges especially for companies with over 50000 users. Guidance during implementation particularly for large firms would be helpful for getting it right initially rather than relying on trial and error.
