Jira is synonymous for bug tracking now!

Pros

Cons

Jira's inability to assign multiple users to one story becomes problematic when numerous programmers are working on a single user story. Getting help from Atlassian can also be difficult. Additionally, the high level of customization enabled by Jira may lead to chaotic situations. As a Product Owner, spending all day changing ticket statuses due to intricate procedures is a common occurrence.
