If you love Agile, you will love Jira

Cons

After cloning a ticket, changing the creator/reporter is not possible. Creating a new relationship with the linked issue is also restricted. Pasting a URL into the description causes it to immediately jump to the default logo instead of displaying the URL, requiring time-consuming fixes.
