“Reports and Scrum boards”
Pros
A very user-friendly and smart tool overall, with excellent reporting and highly customizable scrum boards.
Cons
The mobile app doesn't feel like its strongest point and I wasn't able to download graphical reports as images.

Its adaptability really stands out and it comes packed with plenty of features and plugins that make it very capable.

On the downside, it's very complex and you really need someone with expert knowledge to manage and administer it properly.

“Team tracking that delivers”
Pros
It helps keep tabs on team progress, makes management easy and lets us monitor the backlog while also measuring the team's productivity.

“Custom views and dashboards”
Pros
Being able to build my own views, add personalized dashboards and quickly apply extra filters is really useful for looking at my daily items from different angles.
Cons
One thing that could be handled better is when a new feature gets introduced and a field suddenly becomes mandatory. That field should be auto-filled during the rollout instead of requiring end users to update it manually.

“Versatile task tracking”
Pros
Creating tasks, assigning them and keeping track of progress is really fast with this tool. It works well not just for task management but also for documenting requirements and getting them approved. Getting started doesn't take much effort and the interface is convenient to work with. The marketplace also has plenty of plugins which makes it simple to add whatever extra functionality is needed.
Cons
Using the new issue design on smaller screens is difficult because the sidebar takes up too much space.

“Integrations and flexibility”
Pros
Its marketplace opens the door to a huge range of integrations which makes the platform really versatile. It feels fairly simple to use while still offering the depth and power needed for more advanced work.
Cons
There's definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning especially when it comes to advanced querying. Transparency around access, permissions and privileges also isn't always as easy or clearly defined as it should be.

“Great Kanban for teams”
Pros
Right from the start, this software has been really great for both my school projects and work. It's simple to use and most people can get comfortable with it without needing any training. For project managers, it works well for monitoring what the team is doing during each stage of software development. If a business needs something that can adapt quickly and work efficiently, this is a very strong option. The way it applies the Kanban model is excellent and that makes agile development much more manageable. It also lets you create tasks and subtasks, follow progress clearly and print a customized monthly summary showing what was completed.
Cons
One downside is the pricing since it goes up based on how many employees are in the company. That can get pretty expensive when you keep moving to higher tiers especially compared with choosing the right package from the beginning.

“Handy task tracking and roadmaps”
Pros
After using this tool for more than two years in software development, it has become a reliable part of my workflow. It's very simple to use and helps me keep precise track of the status of every task assigned to me. Out of its many features, the roadmap option is especially useful because it lets you clearly see how the project is progressing.
Cons
One thing I'm not a fan of is how a general task is created since it doesn't appear as a card the way subtasks do. It may seem minor but I really think that's something that should be improved in future updates.

“Helpful updates but cleaner forms needed”
Pros
Getting around the site is pretty easy so even someone non-technical like me can use it without much trouble. The email notifications that go out with updates also help speed up coordination.
Cons
A few of the fields feel unnecessary and could probably be removed.

“Fast setup and flexible ticketing”
Pros
Having a free plan is a big plus and getting everything configured took very little time. It's highly customizable, quick to move around in and works really well as a solution for ticketing and change management.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't run into any real issues with it because it has worked well for me. The only thing I'd like to see is a desktop app although the browser-based version doesn't bother me at all.

“best project management”
Pros
This tool covers a lot in one place, including a ticketing system, time management, task management, bug tracking, project management and several other useful features.
Cons
A few features come with limited access unless you pay for them. It's better to try the trial first and make sure it fits your requirements before buying, otherwise it could end up being an unnecessary expense.

“Widely used and reliable”
Pros
One of its biggest advantages is how widely it's used so when switching jobs, there's usually no need to get familiar with a different ticket management system.
Cons
At times, the UI feels a bit overloaded with too many elements. A simpler mode with fewer things to click through would be really helpful.

Pros
It really helps us keep an eye on employee productivity while also tracking the current status of each project. There's a wide range of useful features included, such as bug tracking, issue management and overall project tracking.

“Accurate search and flexible workflows”
Pros
Reporting defects or issues is actually pleasant with this tool. Setting up workflows works well too and there's enough configuration available to make it useful. The search bar is also reliable and gives accurate results.
Cons
One limitation is that the defect/issue dialog window feels too small. If there's a need to define more roles or include additional mandatory fields, that can't really be done there so the only workaround is to put that information into the description.

“Workflows and analytics”
Pros
Among work management tools, this one genuinely feels like one of the strongest options available. The standout part is its customizable workflows, along with the reporting and analytics features. It also lets us create unlimited custom fields which is incredibly helpful for an organization trying to manage its work properly and stay organized.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't really anything to dislike here since it has been built to feel like one of the top, if not the top, products in the market. The only thing I'd hope for is to see even more features and productivity improvements added over time.

“Task tracking and reporting”
Pros
Having one place to organize and assign tasks across the company has been really valuable. Every employee gets their own board with assigned tasks, full descriptions and due dates which makes follow-up much clearer. The platform is also excellent for logging hours worked by each employee and quickly seeing which projects are taking up the most time. On top of that, it includes reporting options and plenty of other useful features.
Cons
Because it comes with so many functionalities, there is definitely a learning curve at the beginning. It also needs some initial configuration to control who can view each person's board and to define which features should be available for each user.

“Great Scrum boards”
Pros
Keeping sprints organized is very easy and the Active Boards, Velocity and Burndown charts are all really useful. It also connects well with other tools like Confluence and Bitbucket. The platform is simple to understand and work with and having the project managed in one place helps a scrum team stay focused on the actual work instead of just tracking it. Templates, labels, issue types and workflows can also be customized to fit different needs.
Cons
I really don't feel this application is missing any features.

“Agile features that stand out”
Pros
Compared with a lot of well-known project management tools, the agile features here really gave me an advantage. Things like creating sprints and having sprint tracking happen automatically were incredibly useful and I honestly hadn't seen that combination offered this well in other top-tier options. Because of those features, managing the backlog became much more easy with this solution.
Cons
A big limitation in the free version was not being able to use more than one organization. That was definitely a downside although it can still be worked around with a few fairly simple fixes.
