“Flexible fields and smart access”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and adding custom fields based on what the team needs is really convenient. The permission setup from admin to project owner to developer or QA is also very effective since each person only gets access to the features they actually need.
Cons
The advanced JQL queries in the search filters could be made a bit more user-friendly by showing users what options they can use when applying filters. That would make the tool even more helpful.

“Project tracking platform”
Pros
Handling a busy project pipeline is much more manageable with this sophisticated project management software. It gives clients the ability to submit tickets and it also makes it simple to follow the workflow and keep track of how work is moving through the process.
Cons
Getting started can feel overwhelming at first and I'd imagine the initial setup is not very easy for the administrator either. It probably takes someone fairly technical to get everything configured properly in the beginning.

“flexible workflows and plugins”
Pros
You can tailor it however you want. There are plenty of plugins available and it lets you build workflows around your specific needs.
Cons
Setting up workflows, forms and other configurations takes extra work on the software side. At the beginning, outside support is usually needed to get everything in place.

“Task prioritization that works”
Pros
Keeping tasks prioritized and organized across the team feels really efficient with this software. It does a very effective job of helping everyone stay aligned and manage work better.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more control over notifications. For instance, it would help to turn off alerts for every single ticket status change when those updates aren't necessary.

“Sprint and Kanban workflow”
Pros
Using this software feels very easy thanks to its clean UI. It works really well for managing sprints and organizing tasks on the kanban board while also supporting standard software development processes. Backlog management is handled nicely and it's also useful for tracking employee work hours and overall efficiency.
Cons
While the initial setup is simple enough, the administration side is not very simple. To manage it properly, you'll likely need someone technical on the team or some in-house expertise. Pricing also scales based on the number of users so larger companies can end up paying significantly more.

“Flexible dashboard and easy setup”
Pros
Right away, the biggest advantage is how simple this software is to use, learn and adapt to specific needs. One of the best parts is being able to customize the dashboard based on department, task and different workflows. It also doesn't take much effort to get familiar with so new team members need very little training before they can start using it confidently. Another plus is that it integrates well with other major software tools. On top of that, it makes tracking, managing, editing and updating tickets or defects very easy.
Cons
The only real downside is the file upload size limit which can be frustrating sometimes. I'm hoping that gets improved in future updates. Aside from that, I really haven't run into any other issues with the software.

“Reliable task tracking”
Pros
Using it to record and track tasks and requests feels like a huge advantage for any company which explains why so many businesses rely on it. Whether your team works in projects or follows a Kanban approach, it handles both really well.
Cons
Certain process flows can feel a bit limiting although that probably comes down to how the system is configured.

“Clear workboard and setup”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy, the workboard layout is clear and the customization options make it simple to adapt to different needs.
Cons
Managing automated ticket links can be a bit tricky and having too many workboards can make things feel cluttered. The interface could also be simplified a little.

“Great for task tracking”
Pros
Working in it as a contributor rather than a project manager, I've still seen how well it supports both roles without forcing either person too far into the other side of the workflow. It's easy for me to move tasks forward or reassign them and the project manager can quickly check progress without either of us having to spend too much time stopping work just to post updates.
Cons
Task names can become tricky in the Kanban view if you're not careful with naming conventions since longer titles get cut off and start to look too similar. Using a simple coding system in the task names has helped keep everything clear and visible at a glance.

“Helpful ticket categories”
Pros
Submitting detailed IT tickets is really convenient with this. It lets you sort them by hardware software or any other categories you decide to set up which makes everything feel more organized.
Cons
One thing that's confusing is that it doesn't clearly show whether a ticket has actually been resolved or not. It only highlights the priority level so you're left unsure if the original issue was ever fixed.

“Strong task tracking”
Pros
A large team or several projects at once becomes much more manageable with this. It does a really good job of tracking tasks and helps keep everyone aligned and on schedule.

The user interface could be improved to make entering tasks and updating them a lot more convenient for users.

“All-in-one project organizer”
Pros
Handling multiple projects at once is where this software really shines. Its best feature is how neatly it organizes documents while also linking different brands in one place. Team members can assign tasks without confusion, pull fresh ideas from previous work and keep track of information, resources and references across any project.
Cons
It works well with the software environment and feels hassle-free for professionals to use. Up to this point, I haven't run into any issues because it's simple and convenient to manage. As a university professional who has to launch different kinds of projects every month, I can say this software supports that work reliably.

“Agile fit with smooth integrations”
Pros
Right from the start, it mirrors most agile product development frameworks really well. I appreciate that the platform already carries agile concepts out of the box so the bigger effort goes into following the right governance instead of trying to force the tool to fit the process. The integration with roadmapping tools has also been very reliable. I use Productboard with it and that connection works like a charm.
Cons
At times, the workflow can become pretty complex which makes issue management inside the platform harder than it should be. I also think sprint execution could use stricter governance especially to prevent changes from being made once a sprint has already started.

“Collaboration and backlog control”
Pros
From day one, the platform has been very simple to use. It connects well with other systems and platforms, creates plenty of room for team collaboration and does a really great job with backlog management.
Cons
The UI could feel more polished and user-friendly. API integration and documentation still need improvement, security around authenticated API usage could be stronger and the analytics side could be more developed.

“Great visibility and teamwork”
Pros
Breaking work into user stories and assigning them to different team members works really well especially with the built-in kanban board to move tasks along. Team members can also share comments using dropdown status updates or write their own which adds flexibility. It really promotes transparency and boosts productivity since everyone can see each task, the progress being made and any roadblocks along the way.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. If anything, it may not feel like the ideal fit for people in the business department but aside from that, it does the job very well.

“Useful tracking and clean UI”
Pros
Bug tracking works really well and handling access-related requests with the task flow is very convenient. The connectivity with other tools like Outlook is also a big plus and the UI feels clean and user-friendly.
Cons
Being a fresher, it can be a bit difficult to fully understand the tool at first. It would really help to have a video that explains the platform, its features and how the functions work in detail.

“Versatile boards and integrations”
Pros
One of the things I enjoy most is the Confluence integration, along with all the filters you can build, save and reuse whenever needed. I also really appreciate being able to change how the boards are displayed depending on what I want to focus on. It's very user-friendly and comes with plenty of integrations and reports.
Cons

“Support workflow control”
Pros
Handling bug reports, ticket management and incident management with this software feels very easy. I really love how it lets me keep all of those processes under control in a simple organized way.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pricing model since everything is charged per user. If you're planning to grow, the cost can climb very quickly and become a real concern.

“Inconsistent editor and awkward drag-and-drop”
Pros
I like that it's backed by a well-established company which gives me confidence in the platform.
Cons
One thing that really hurts this software is how inconsistent it feels. Even in 2021, the 'Create New' screen for an IT ticket still makes you use actual formatting syntax while the rest of the views don't work that way at all. On top of that, the drag-and-drop feature is poor, it's barely usable and not reliable.
