“Perfect for small teams”

Pros

We got started with the free plan for 10 users and that made it really easy to bring the team on board before moving up to the paid version. Once we saw how valuable it was, upgrading felt completely worth it. The platform is very user-friendly and the Board feature does an excellent job of keeping everyone aligned on the same page, literally.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides. Some competing tools say they offer more advanced features but for a small company our size, this feels like the perfect project management solution.

“Great when set up right”

Pros

Whether you're handling a project with a lot of tasks or just organizing a department-level to-do list, this tool does the job well. If it's configured and managed properly, it becomes a really powerful solution.

Cons

Things can get disorganized pretty quickly when everyone keeps posting and creating new entries and that can make important information hard to find.

“Project tracking and reporting”

Pros

Our company has been using it to handle both internal and client-facing projects. It also helps us with reporting, as well as tracking and evaluating overall work efficiency.

Cons

One thing I'm not particularly happy about is the pricing especially for larger organizations. The costs can add up pretty quickly.

Overall, the product is easy to learn and use. It helps you manage development projects, stay connected with your team and move faster by avoiding duplicated tasks.

Cons

Getting everything set up can be fairly complex and it takes some guidance to fully understand how to use the program. Still, once you get past that, it turns into a really strong tool.

“Built for collaboration”

Pros

Once it's connected with Git and Confluence, it becomes extremely useful. It helps maintain a complete record of the software development process and makes collaboration within the project team much better.

Cons

The UI could be improved and it would also help to have a more detailed user guide so new users can get up to speed faster.

“SSO and project tracking”

Pros

Having SSO built in is a big plus and the project management features are genuinely useful. It does a really good job of keeping the team organized and laying out the projects everyone needs to focus on.

Cons

I'd still love to see a bit more customization but overall it absolutely does what it's supposed to do.

“Workflow customization”

Pros

One of the best parts of this software is how much flexibility it gives both users and admins. You can build workflows that actually fit the way your organization already works instead of having to adjust your process to match the tool. It lets you set up workflows however you want, including naming stages, defining transitions and adding conditions that need to be met at each step.

Cons

Getting the most out of it does take real effort on the admin side. In practice, you need a dedicated administrator or even a full team in a larger company, to build workflows that truly work well for your needs. Without putting in that upfront time and customization work, you probably won't see the full value of the platform.

“Helpful planning and reporting”

Pros

Backlog planning and reporting have been the highlights for me. Compared with other agile project management tools I've used, this one feels much more easy and user-friendly.

Cons

Project pages feature hasn't been very useful in our case so far. I also wish it came with a built-in Accelo integration since connecting it to our current business process was only okay.

“Flexible workflows and add-ons”

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how much freedom it gives you to shape your process and work the way that suits your team best. There are thousands of add-ons available so it's very likely you can find exactly what you need. The community is another big plus and being able to submit feature requests makes it feel like user feedback actually matters. It also offers a lot in one place especially with the ticket system which helps cut down on extra interfaces and all the copy-and-paste type of work.

Cons

Honestly, there's very little I would want changed. If I had to point out one thing, it would be having more dashboard options for tracking additional KPIs with a wider variety of graphs and visualizations.

“Great task management flexibility”

Pros

Across our development team, this has been the best tool we've used to manage tasks. We really appreciate the task management features, the assignment options and the level of customization it gives us to adapt everything to the way we work.

Cons

One area that still causes trouble for us is backlog management. We hardly use that feature because separating tasks there is very difficult and our backlog usually ends up sitting with around 200 tasks that never seem to disappear or get removed. We really need a better way to organize and separate those tasks.

“Team collaboration and organized workflows”

Pros

Working with multiple teams feels much more manageable with this tool and it does a really good job of keeping everything documented in one place. Organizing projects is easy and I can connect them to different brands or "epics" without much hassle. Assigning tasks is simple and adding people as watchers makes it easy to keep everyone updated on progress. Going back through older tickets has also been really helpful for tracking information and finding resources or references when starting new projects. On top of that, updating workflows and setting team priorities is very convenient.

Cons

One recent change I have noticed is how comments are displayed. It is not a major problem but it definitely takes me longer now to find the information I am looking for. URLs are also shown inline now which does make things look cleaner but when I am working with developers, they often need to see the full URL along with all the parameters. Because of that, I have to keep switching them manually which gets annoying.

“Flexible story management”

Pros

This is one of the best tools available for story management. It's very flexible too which makes it work well for different needs.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints overall. The only thing is that the UI can take a little time to get used to.

“customized workflows and integrations”

Pros

The workflow setup can be tailored really well to fit the way your software team actually works. Process management is highly customizable too so you can define issue fields and control exactly how they move from one status to another. It also connects with plenty of other tools, including Slack and GitLab.

Cons

The "Next Gen" project type is still missing a lot of functionality compared with Classic projects. At the same time, Classic project setup feels overloaded with bloated options and added complexity. Next Gen projects can also be frustrating because some bugs and limitations stick around for years without being addressed. Moving issues between Next Gen and Classic projects is also awkward especially since custom fields do not transfer properly.

“Versatile workflow and planning”

Pros

With agile-focused Kanban mappings and the newer Gantt and Timeline views, this has basically turned into the go-to project management platform for a lot of companies. A new team member can get up to speed quickly on assigning tasks, creating subtasks, writing stories and estimating time in a practical and effective way. Since my team is spread across multiple time zones, the clean Slack integration along with the alert system has made a huge difference. 1) Releases let multiple people work within the same project at the same time. 2) Similar to parallel sprints, our team is lean so we handle feature development alongside polish and bug fixes simultaneously. 3) Custom Filters

Cons

Some features have been taken out of the product which has made it feel like a different set of tools now. On top of that, those products have all become paid and even the smaller features require purchasing add-ons. One example of this is pages.

“Handy team task planning”

Pros

Being free for organizations with up to 10 employees makes this a really appealing option. It helps organize and plan both personal and team activities in a clean, polished way. You can assign tasks to teammates, keep track of what's assigned to you and view everything either on a Kanban board or through a Gantt chart. It also gives you flexibility to customize how tasks are arranged. The Microsoft Teams integration was a big factor in our decision to go with this service.

Cons

One thing it's missing is more visualization features, like pie charts, graphs and similar tools for tracking task progress.

“Helpful agile templates”

Pros

One of the most valuable parts of this product is its agile templates. They let you create tasks and assign them to project members right away and they also make it possible to track the progress of ongoing work.

Cons

There is not much that really needs improvement but the search function for projects and tasks could definitely be better.

The interface is very clear and the reports the tool provides are simple to understand and move through. I enjoy using it a lot.

Cons

It's a great tool for tracking overall team activities and overall I'm very happy with it. I don't really have any complaints about this tool.

“Tracking and reporting”

Pros

Keeping tabs on everything happening in a project, including issues and day-to-day activity, is one of the biggest advantages for me. Another really useful part is being able to generate a statistics report whenever needed to review the project's overall performance. It also lets us assign members a specific type of job which helps control permissions and prevents them from creating task types they're not authorized to make.

Cons

On the downside, it can feel a bit too complex for people who are just getting started. It also comes with a fairly limited selection of gadgets so I'd definitely like to see support for more of them.

“Team collaboration and task control”

Pros

Keeping track of work and assigning tasks to each team member is one of the best parts. It really helps everyone stay productive since they can collaborate on all assigned tasks and it's also useful that each person can create their own tasks inside the system.

Cons

One issue is that tasks can't be cloned once they are marked as Done. At times, my team gets confused or makes mistakes with cloning because when a task is already in Done status, the cloned version does not always appear or cannot be seen properly.

“Handy project task management”

Pros

I find this task management tool very easy to use. I've even used it on a single-resource project and it made handling requirements from business users much more manageable.

Cons

Task view still needs some work. It's difficult to track tasks from different epics on one screen and the UI could definitely use some improvement.
