“Helpful for IT requests”
Pros
As part of the marketing team, I find this to be a great way to stay connected with IT whenever we need to submit tasks. It also provides good visibility into progress and makes it clear who I should contact when questions come up.
Cons
Design still feels like it could be improved. It's not very simple and I often end up spending more time than I'd like trying to locate what I need.

“Packed with workflow options”
Pros
With almost every customization option I could ask for, this software adapts well to nearly any workflow. Whether I'm using Agile, Waterfall, Kanban or another methodology, it offers the flexibility I need.
Cons
Getting into the details of those customization settings is a real chore though. The hosted version can also feel really slow at times.

“Ticket and epic tracking”
Pros
Managing software projects with this tool works really well because work is organized into individual tickets that can be grouped under larger epics. I can include as much or as little detail as needed and it's easy for me to track progress throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Cons
At times, the interface feels a bit awkward or not entirely simple. One example is how helpful it would be to reorder epics without also causing the tickets to shift up and down in the backlog.

“great workflow and bug tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of bugs and tasks is very convenient with this software. I can easily move items through stages like To Do, In Progress, To Test and Done and it also helps me monitor subtasks under specific tasks or epics.
Cons
Load times can be quite long. Searching for something feels a bit frustrating and there are times when the loader just keeps spinning for too long.

“Agile planning that works”
Pros
Across our company, this has been a valuable tool for putting agile practices into action. We load all of our stories into the project backlog and then select the highest-priority ones for each sprint.
Cons
Honestly, we haven't run into any problems with it. We also bought Align which integrates well and helps us congreatate products for better management reporting.

“Remote work lifesaver”
Pros
Working remotely would be much more difficult without this tool. It keeps everything organized, helps my team stay focused and makes it much easier for us to prioritize what needs attention first.
Cons
One area that could use some work is the desktop version. It doesn't feel as customizable as the web version.

“Helpdesk ticketing”
Pros
Once everything is configured properly, I find the software very user-friendly. We mainly use it for logging helpdesk tickets and it handles grouping, tagging, assigning and processing them efficiently.
Cons
Moving over from our previous system was fairly time-consuming and tedious but after everything was set up properly, it turned out to be an excellent product.

Planning the entire product lifecycle feels simple with this platform. I can organize backlogs, manage sprints and map out epics without much effort.

“Clean bug tracking and visibility”
Pros
What stands out most to me is the clean and simple design. It does an excellent job with bug tracking while also helping my team monitor projects and productive hours. I also find the BrowserStack integration very useful because it makes logging bugs during testing much faster and more convenient.
Cons
There's still some room to improve how it tracks overall project progress especially when it comes to showing the percentage completed versus what is still left to achieve. It already does a fairly great job even now but I feel that part could definitely be stronger.

“Reliable tracking and release reports”
Pros
Throughout my organization, this tool has worked really well for project tracking and management. It helps us assign tasks to the right departments without confusion and makes monitoring reports across different software version releases much easier.
Cons
Since I rely on it every day, one thing I've noticed is that it takes a while to get comfortable with the interface. It would also help a lot if there were more training resources available for learning the platform.

“Helpful features and ticket cloning”
Pros
Overall, I find this product easy to use despite offering a wide range of functionality. Some features take a little time to locate at first but they become very useful once I know where everything is. The ticket cloning feature is especially valuable to me since I regularly create the same types of tickets.
Cons
One thing that still gives me trouble is searching for older issues that have already been resolved.

“Task tracking that delivers”
Pros
Keeping up with my workload has become much more manageable with this tool. It helps me prioritize tasks more effectively and I also use it to submit requests for items that need to be purchased.
Cons
One frustration is that tasks are split across different locations so at times it's difficult to see every task assigned to me in one place across all locations.

“Fast and user-friendly toolkit”
Pros
Managing day-to-day work with this platform feels very easy. I find the interface friendly, the performance fast and the extra tools and integrations with other software especially useful.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about since it's a very good app overall. The only thing that could use more attention is the mobile version so it can become just as useful as the web version.

“Agile tracking keeps teams aligned”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it keeps project timelines and user stories organized in an agile environment. It makes prioritization clearer, provides good visibility into time and cost through burn-down charts and helps break large pieces of work into smaller tasks that can be distributed across the team.
Cons
A few features are not very simple especially when trying to move tasks between different timelines or edit certain details. Those actions can take longer than they should because they're a bit difficult to locate and use.

“Helpful sprint bug tracking”
Pros
During active sprints, this tool does a great job of keeping bugs connected to the relevant tasks. I can add screenshots, detailed descriptions and other bug information easily and logging time spent on QA tasks helps when reporting total man-hours to clients.
Cons
Because the platform includes so many features, it can feel a bit overwhelming for new users at times. When a sprint gets packed with lots of tasks, finding one particular task and its related bugs can also become difficult.

Pros
The platform includes plenty of useful features especially the timeline view and Kanban board which make progress much easier for me to follow through a clear visual layout. I also find the ticketing system effective for organizing and managing work.
Cons

“Agile boards that keep us on track”
Pros
Tracking projects, dependencies and milestones is very convenient here. We rely on it every day during scrum meetings and I honestly find it hard to imagine another tool handling our agile boards better.
Cons
Search feature definitely needs a lot of work. If you don't remember the exact wording or content, finding things can be frustrating. On top of that, it takes a while to learn because there are so many features to get used to.
