“Easy sharing and handy integrations”
Pros
Using the software feels very natural because the interface is simple. I also appreciate the generous file-sharing capacity, support for different file types and the easy integration with tools like GitHub.
Cons
The one downside for me is the messaging limitation, conversations aren't really possible since you can't reply to a message.

“Great layout and useful features”
Pros
Right from the start, I found the platform very user-friendly, with a clean interface and layout that are easy to navigate even for someone new to IT systems. It offers a lot of helpful features, including support for code and file attachments, time tracking, severity and priority tracking and clear ticket organization. I also find ticket linking and creating child tickets especially valuable.
Cons
At times, the application can become quite slow for no clear reason, whether you're searching or just waiting for tickets to load.

“Helpful onboarding tool”
Pros
Working with IT on new-hire onboarding has been much easier with this tool, particularly for tasks like ordering equipment for incoming employees. It is easy to use, simple to navigate and does exactly what we need.
Cons
I'd love to see better visibility for new hires and possibly their managers as well so there's less need for manual follow-up to check the status.

“great sprint tracking”
Pros
I find that it handles bug tracking very well while also providing practical tools for managing hours and sprints.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is an option to automatically send an email to a user whenever a task is assigned to them or updated.

“easy for daily work”
Pros
From the beginning, the platform fit smoothly into our existing workflows. We use it daily and getting the whole team onboard was a easy process.
Cons
Nothing really stands out as needing improvement although it would be nice to have a feature that lets you see when someone replies directly to your comment.

“Helpful Kanban and docs”
Pros
Combining the Kanban board with the documentation tools makes collaboration feel much more organized and efficient for my team.

There are so many powerful features packed into the application that it can feel overwhelming at times and it's not always clear how to get started with using them.

“Collaborative job tracking”
Pros
Having multiple users or stakeholders collaborate on the same job or even across several jobs, is extremely useful. It simplifies file sharing, provides a central place for communication and allows tasks to be assigned to different teams while progress is tracked step by step.
Cons
A major downside is the interface. It is not the cleanest design and once you start adding a lot of tasks or issues to a job, navigating through everything can get pretty confusing.

“Better accountability and productivity”
Pros
Setting up our team on the platform was very easy and adding user accounts took very little effort. Task assignment was just as simple which improved our day-to-day coordination. It also gave us a clearer way to track accountability across the team, ultimately improving our efficiency and overall output.
Cons
Honestly, there wasn't any significant downside to using this platform. If I had to point out one thing, I'd suggest improving the email notification features a bit.

“Handy master ticket workflow”
Pros
Having one master ticket that holds all the related subtasks makes this product very convenient to use. A good example is application access requests, where different teams handle separate subtasks but the user only has to submit a single master ticket instead of creating each one individually.
Cons
The document export layout could use some improvement especially when downloading to Word or PDF. At the moment, not every field is included properly.

“Ticketing and follow-ups work well”
Pros
Creating tickets is easy, resolving them and adding comments is just as simple and keeping track of new comments from clients is very convenient.
Cons
A separate issue gets created if you don't reply within the same thread and I'd really prefer that to be handled as a feature. It would also be better if adding more recipients to the thread was simpler.

“Modern UI and simple integrations”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very easy and the modern interface makes it simple to manage tickets and tasks efficiently. The integration with apps like Slack also works easily so staying up to date is never a problem.
Cons
One part that can be frustrating is inviting users. Right now, the only way to join the customer portal is through a link they send and if that email never arrives, the person cannot sign up at all. It would be much better to offer alternative ways for customers to register with a specific organisation.

“Versatile platform with many options”
Pros
There's a lot you can do with this platform and that versatility has been one of its biggest strengths. The possibilities really feel endless. It has helped us tackle large, complex problems especially because it integrates well and can be managed through REST. On top of that, the customer support has been very great and the product itself feels polished and professional.
Cons
One area that could definitely be better is the certification path for anyone wanting to become an admin. That part can be pretty frustrating, mainly because the documentation and exam prep materials are not nearly as helpful or complete as they should be.

“Project tracking with dashboards”
Pros
Handling issues across different projects works really well and it's especially helpful that each issue comes with its own SLA and clearly defined objective. The user-based dashboards are also something I'd definitely recommend because they make day-to-day follow-up much more practical.
Cons
Upgrading from one version to another brought quite a lot of design changes which made the transition less comfortable. As far as I know, there's also no mail picker for users and having that would improve automation with third-party applications.

“Flexible layouts and reliable alerts”
Pros
Across most companies, this feels like the default project management platform especially because of its agile-focused setup with Kanban boards and the newer Gantt and Timeline views. Assigning tasks, breaking them into subtasks, managing stories and estimating time all work really well and even new team members can get up to speed quickly and use it without much trouble. The part I appreciated most was how cleanly it syncs with Slack and how fast the alerts come through which makes it hard to miss assignments, deadlines or updates even when the team is spread across multiple time zones.
Cons
At the same time, there are plenty of free alternatives out there and honestly it feels a bit overpriced for such a competitive market. My company covers the paid version we use at work but when it comes to personal projects, I usually can't rely on it because the free tier is too limited. It would make a lot of sense if they offered a personal project plan that gave access to at least some of the features for free or at a much lower cost.

Pros
Using this software feels so natural and easy that at times it's like working on a Word file right on my own computer.

“simple backlog and visibility”
Pros
With this tool, project management can be handled in an Agile way. That means every task that needs to be done can be added to a backlog and then assigned to the people taking ownership of it, with deadlines set along the way. One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility to move activities from one section to another without restrictions so a task can go from "to do" to "test" and even back again if needed. It also gives an immediate overview of how project work is distributed, both in terms of how many tasks are assigned to each person and how activities are spread across each stream. On top of that, it provides a quick snapshot of how many tasks have been completed and how many are overdue.
Cons
The platform has enormous potential but getting the most out of all its features requires quite a bit of training. It does provide free online training on its website although it is available in English.

“Requirements tracking done right”
Pros
Managing requirements with this tool has been really helpful. It lets us tag issues to each requirement, update their status when needed and keep track of everything clearly. Being able to see the ticket status along with the timeline makes the whole process much more organized.
Cons
One thing it's missing is an option to write test cases directly in the tool. Right now, we have to rely on another software for that and having test case management in the same place would make things much easier to handle.

“Helpful task reminders”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful is how it keeps tasks front and center so it works well as a reminder for what still needs to get done. It also does a good job of keeping everyone involved and assigned and it helps give a clear sense of the project's overall status.
Cons
Search feature hasn't worked very well for me. Another odd issue is that some uploaded images don't appear properly when scrolling through them which feels pretty strange. It would also be much better if templates could be created and reused more often but from what I understand, that only seems possible if you buy a third-party add-on.
