“great issue tracking and reports”
Pros
Across our software development work, we rely on it to manage user stories, epics, tasks, bugs and basically any other item that comes up. Having one central source of truth for product-related issues is essential and this does that well. It also connects nicely with our SCM so we can sync information between the two systems. That makes it much simpler to tie commits back to the original ticket. Reporting is also useful, with options like kanban boards and release tracking by linking issues to specific sprints. On top of that, it includes the collaboration tools we need, such as assignees, comments and watchers.
Cons
The interface feels fairly basic although it is organized well enough most of the time. Search is not very simple and took some documentation reading before it really made sense. The same applies to reporting since building more advanced views requires a bit of knowledge and practice.

“Useful defect tracking and story links”
Pros
Uploading photos or videos while raising defects is very convenient. The defect tracking works well and the links connected to each story are especially helpful.
Cons
For someone new to the platform, understanding how everything works can be quite challenging at first. More detailed documentation would make the onboarding and adoption process much easier.

“Outdated search and messy replies”
Pros
Right out of the box, the email notifications are a mess, with way too many alerts that just feel unnecessary.
Cons
Replies on the site are not threaded which makes conversations harder to follow. The search interface and overall layout also feel outdated and don't really match the rest of the experience.

“Tracking with SLA insights”
Pros
The bug and issue filters have been really useful for keeping reported problems organized. They've helped our product and account management teams zero in on the areas of the system that need the most attention. That visibility has added a lot of value especially when it comes to spotting trends and pulling reports. I'm also a big fan of the SLA tracker since it helps us stay on top of financial obligations tied to clients where penalties are part of the agreement.
Cons
Navigation is where I struggle most with this software. The interface can be confusing and I often end up in the wrong tabs or have a hard time finding where I need to go. It feels like the UI could use some refinement so users can get the full benefit of everything the platform offers.

“Complete release management”
Pros
Having the full suite, plus the way it connects with other products and a huge range of add-ons, makes it a complete solution for our release management process.
Cons
Support isn't always as quick or as strong as it should be. There can be delays when issues are being investigated and when fixes or solutions finally come through.

“customizable standard but cluttered”
Pros
At its core, it's still the top collaboration tool for working in an Agile environment. Anyone seriously involved in software development already knows this software well.
Cons
Over the past few years though, it has started to feel cluttered and slower than it used to. Trying to support more project types and variations has made the software far less simple.

“Well built for teams”
Pros
Built with Agile workflows in mind, this software really does what it's supposed to do. Everything from planning through to retrospectives feels carefully designed and well thought out.
Cons
After using this product for two years, one thing I can say is that it's extremely difficult for a new user to get into.

“Workflow control”
Pros
From handling complicated projects to coordinating work across multiple teams, this software is both flexible and powerful. It includes all the tools needed to organize detailed tasks and workflows effectively especially for product development. I'd definitely recommend it though it can feel like more than you need for simpler types of work.
Cons
Getting the software set up so it truly matches your workflow comes with a bit of a learning curve. It takes some familiarity with both the platform itself and the framework your team uses before you can really make the most of it.

“Tracking and reporting”
Pros
There's a really great set of features in this tool. Issue management, sprint creation, project tracking, dashboards and reporting all work very well. Once you become familiar with how it works, it can be a huge help and save a lot of time by cutting down on manual tracking and other manual processes.
Cons
Okay so the tool is probably the toughest part. Even though the features are strong, it takes a fair amount of effort to fully understand how everything works. You have to invest quite a bit of time before you build enough familiarity to start using it effectively.

“Packed with project tools”
Pros
With a team account, you get pretty much everything needed to manage a project from start to finish. And if something seems to be missing, there's a good chance it's available through an add-on, with some of those even being free.
Cons
Every now and then, the platform feels a bit awkward and all the added features are starting to make it feel bloated. I get that this comes with having such a full feature set but it would be nice to have an option for a more aligned version.

“Reliable for development teams”
Pros
We used this while building two separate e-commerce websites and it's been quite user-friendly overall. It also does a really great job of keeping conversations organized around issues and development tasks.
Cons
User experience could be polished a bit more. That said, after getting familiar with the layout and how the workflow is structured, navigating it becomes pretty manageable.

“Versatile sprint planning”
Pros
Since it's such a universal tool, the usability carries over well from one use case to another. You can define issues very clearly and add plenty of parameters which makes organizing work much better. Sprint planning is also very easy.
Cons
One downside is that the backlog can become really long and cluttered over time. It's also frustrating that labels aren't visible on issues when you're in the backlog view.

“Great issue tracking visibility”
Pros
This tool has been fantastic for tracking issues. The dashboards are quick to set up and make bugs and enhancements much more visible.
Cons
One thing that seems to be missing is a clear way to turn off notifications so team members do not get spammed on projects.

“Industry-standard platform”
Pros
A really powerful tool with tons of answers available through a quick Google search. It's used all across the software industry so once you learn it, chances are you'll keep using it again when you move to a new job.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve at the beginning. That said, a lot of people know how to use it so it's usually not too hard to find help when setting up your workflows.

“great tool”
Pros
Between ticketing and the rest of our project management work, this has saved our team a lot of time and has become the go-to tool for most of our agile processes across the company. It's very easy to understand, simple to follow and the history is clear to track when you need to look back.
Cons
Getting started can feel a little overwhelming because there are so many different options available. Not everything is immediately clear until you spend some time using it and trying things out.

“Kanban visibility and smart workflow”
Pros
Using the Kanban board gives a clear snapshot of what everyone on the team is working on which makes tracking progress much better. I also appreciate how the main task or epic, is structured along with all its subtasks and once every subtask is completed, the epic closes automatically. Another big plus is how well it integrates with other ticketing software.
Cons
One thing I would really like to see is a split-screen style view while working in the Kanban board. Also, the filters are not very helpful when trying to compare the work of two or more people.

“Industry-standard project management”
Pros
There's a reason this is considered the industry standard. It's very simple to use and includes pretty much every feature needed to run a project from beginning to end. You can set up scrum boards, kanban boards, roadmaps and more, plus invite teammates and tag people whenever needed. The history tracking is also really useful since past changes and decisions don't just disappear over time.
Cons
From what I understand about our contract, it does seem a little pricey especially when you factor in the limits on how many users you can add depending on the plan.

Pros
Using this has been really easy. The layout is very simple, it connects with different tools and it helps a lot with managing work along with daily tasks.
Cons
