“Bells n Whistles Exist but Might be Hidden to Novice
Pros
Various ways and places to perform specific tasks, such as tracking time and allocating time in the resource planner or task-level view, along with the availability of project templates.
Cons
For novice users or those with simpler needs, this product can be overwhelming.

“Limited Use and Just a Few Hiccups
Pros
Once I know where to track my hours, it's super easy to use.
Cons
Some hiccups include editing hours on an item already added to the timesheet. Deleting an item requires too many clicks, and the confirmation prompt feels extraneous. It would be convenient to be added to a project within the tool instead of sending a message to the PM.

“Scope of improvement
Pros
The application is user-friendly featuring some distinctive key functionalities not commonly found in its counterparts.
Cons
The reporting grounded in backend data remains notably restricted. Users must still download data for analytics highlighting the need for basic flexibility in creating frequently used or referenced views on data.

“Good value all around
Pros
This tool is remarkably easy to grasp and highly intuitive. The setup was a breeze and customer support at least in 3016 (we've been clients for nearly 5 years) was outstanding. It seamlessly integrates with platforms like Salesforce offers customization through API provides client access and consistently undergoes enhancements.
Cons
Two primary concerns persist: 1. Inability to execute mass actions on tasks/milestones/issues necessitating manual edits for each task sharing similar dates status or assignee. 3. Email notification issues persist with past outages causing delayed notifications adversely affecting our workflow.

“On the right path
Pros
Mavenlink has been a tremendous time-saver for us streamlining communication and replacing the need to juggle multiple products. It establishes a singular source of truth for project planning and management significantly reducing meetings and replacing multiple software solutions.
Cons
Every task entails a significant number of clicks. Despite having basic needs obtaining the necessary project management information involves a considerable number of clicks typically about 7 clicks away. Task scheduling proves labor-intensive with complexity to the extent that only three of us are trained on it and I'm grateful not to be one of them.

“Pro's and Cons
Pros
MVL serves as an effective PMS managing task tracking team communication resource metrics and time tracking proficiently in my experience.
Cons
Reporting operates on a 30-minute schedule instead of being on demand. In my perspective the sole area in MVL that requires enhancement is reporting. Performance issues such as significant lag in extensive projects impede efficient entry editing.

“Kind of a pain but the software works
Pros
In the enterprise software realm Mavenlink stands out for its speed. Unlike other time tracking software requiring a page refresh with each entry Mavenlink eliminates the need to wait seconds after each edit in the timesheet. Mavenlink exceeds the "not clunky" standard often missed by many SaaS products.
Cons
A desktop application is essential and the process for inputting time off poses a substantial discoverability challenge. Ideally time off should be readily accessible perhaps on the sidebar or within the time and expense tab not buried four clicks deep without a useful label on the dashboard. Additionally while likely a low-priority feature the implementation of dark mode would be appreciated.

“Mavenlink review
Pros
The software's ease of use intuitive features and accessibility of all functionalities contribute to a centralized project management solution. Linking project workspaces and providing portfolio views enhance organization-wide project understanding.
Cons
Embedding reporting on projects especially status reports and project Gantts needs improvement. Gantt view's dependency management can also be enhanced and task and Gantt views should offer customizable columns.
