MetaPro Features
Company-specific expenses can be defined in the system and later can be used in the timesheet by the resource.
Different types of pay periods (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, semi-monthly) can be defined for the fiscal year in the system. You can choose the pay period that best suits your company’s needs and requirements.
Resources can be categorized as monthly salaried, hourly rate, or sub-contractors.
Every resource has ability to record expenses while filling the timesheet can be controlled through a setup available in the system.
The system provides a setup that allows control over whether each resource, when filling the timesheet, can view all jobs in the system or only those jobs and tasks they are assigned to.
In the system, you can define a ‘Labor Posting Group’ that determines the Income account where entries are generated upon posting a timesheet for a resource.
Monthly salaried and hourly rate can be defined in the system as per pay-period applicable.
The software can create a job from the sales quote. Also, users can select the job type on the sales quote and the corresponding job type can be created.
The system can manage resource eligibility, like who can do what job tasks.
