“Monday.com review

Pros

Visually, it's now a lot easy for me to keep track of my tasks and quickly identify any prioritized items that may be falling behind. It's easy to separate projects and stay on track. Moreover, each comment section allows me to attach specific files, which is incredibly useful. It's excellent for collaboration, and my team can easily assign and receive tasks and actions from one another.

Cons

I feel like I'm not fully using all the functions to their maximum potential. Perhaps a video demonstrating the features and their usage would be helpful (if it doesn't already exist).

The fact that we are able to use Monday.com for free is incredible. That's the primary reason we opted for it over other products. It's a smart move by Monday.com because if our employees transition to other companies, they're more likely to implement it there since they're already familiar with it. I adore the flexibility of customization on Monday.com.

Cons

The time tracking feature is excellent. However, we are using another app for time tracking, and we haven't figured out how to track all of our time on a timesheet within monday.com. While the customization options are great, sometimes monday.com can feel a bit advanced for our small organization. There are numerous features to explore, which can be overwhelming or exceed our needs at times.

The only drawback is the unique features of the platform that differentiate it from something like a spreadsheet. The limited search functionality and complex nesting/rollup options can become limitations when creating intricate workflows as you expand your usage with the platform.
