“A great project management tool

Pros

I'm impressed by the tool's user-friendliness and how intuitive it is. While some initial training is required to gain a comprehensive understanding, after just a week or so, you feel quite confident using it. The level of customization is remarkable, allowing you to tailor it precisely to your needs. Additionally, I find the "My Work" section particularly useful for tracking tasks assigned to me.

Cons

While my work isn't highly customizable, it's a minor issue. Overall, it's an excellent tool, and I thoroughly enjoy using it.

Assigning tasks to team members becomes effortless, eliminating the need to remember who is responsible for what.

Up until now, I haven't come across anything I major problems that makes me think it is not the best. It's the most intuitive software I've ever used.

Another frustrating aspect is that AirTable seems to have better integrations and allows for more possibilities with the data compared to Monday, especially the ability to sync data with client-facing portals, which would greatly benefit our operations.
