“collaboration and project visibility”
Pros
Right away, monday.com stood out as a strong collaboration hub with built-in communication tools that help our team stay connected while working on projects together. The task analytics and reporting features give us useful insights that help us improve how we handle our task workflows. Its project dashboards also make it simple to keep an eye on operations and clearly track progress at every stage. On top of that, the document management features let us create project files, store them securely and access them whenever we need them.
Cons
Honestly I have nothing negative to say about monday.com. Our experience with it has been very positive and we have not run into any challenges while using it.

“team alignment and project visibility”
Pros
The collaboration tools have been the biggest win for us since they keep everyone working together and focused on the same project goals. monday.com's task planning features make it much simpler to prioritize work and map out our strategy which has helped us keep all project activities organized and moving efficiently. Its analytics and reporting features also give us the insights we need into each project making it much easier to measure progress and evaluate overall performance.
Cons
Working with monday.com has been very simple and we really haven't run into any major problems while using it.

“flexible workflows that save time”
Pros
monday.com really stands out for how adaptable and versatile it is. You can customize the setups, workflows, views and tools in countless ways to match whatever your workplace needs for data entry and tracking. The built-in automations and triggers are also a huge plus since they cut down on manual work and save a lot of time.
Cons
One annoyance I've run into with monday.com is that when several workstations are using the same view and making updates, those changes do not always appear right away on the other stations. The same thing happens if you have multiple windows of that same view open on one workstation.. an update made in one window is not immediately shown in the others. That can create confusion and waste time. Refreshing the browser fixes it right away and updates the data but you have to remember to do it.

“visual workflows that click”
Pros
Monday.com really shines with how visual and flexible it is. I can organize boards to match the way my team actually works and the automations save a lot of time by reducing repetitive tasks. It also makes collaboration simple since I can bring teammates in easily and keep everything in one central place.
Cons
A few parts could be better though. Some automation options feel a bit restricted unless you move up to a more expensive plan. I've also noticed occasional sync or speed issues when boards get very large and while the mobile app is decent, it doesn't offer the same depth as the desktop version.

“clear content tracking”
Pros
Entering content details was very simple and it made everything visible to the whole team. Having all the pieces in one place was really helpful because it took away the guesswork.
Cons
Clients needed quite a bit of time to get comfortable using the platform. It works really well for internal collaboration inside a marketing agency but it's definitely more challenging to use when working as a consultant.

“flexible boards with clear visibility”
Pros
Using Monday.com feels very user-friendly and it gives teams a lot of visibility into what's going on. I also appreciate being able to add custom fields and tailor a board to fit the way my team works. The My Work section is especially useful since it pulls together my tasks from different boards which makes it much easier to keep track of everything I have coming due.
Cons
One thing that frustrates me is that it doesn't connect across boards as smoothly as I'd expect. The connect boards column is confusing and not very simple to use. I also don't like that an item's properties aren't automatically visible when you click into it.. you have to customize the setup and add the "item card" and "subitem" widgets yourself which really feels like something that should already be built in. I also don't understand why you can't save a filter on the main board view or why filters from saved views don't automatically carry over to newly created items.

“team coordination that delivers”
Pros
Monday.com has been a really strong tool for keeping my team organized and on the same page. We rely on it to manage products, customers, invoices and even individual task lists so it covers a lot of ground for us. The layout is simple enough that anyone on my team can jump in and start using it without much training which has made adoption very simple.
Cons
One small frustration comes up when working with templates especially around naming or renaming columns. It can be a little awkward at times and has caused some minor annoyance. That said this feels like a very small issue overall and it may honestly come down to user error more than the platform itself.

“user-friendly project tracking”
Pros
monday.com makes project management simple and efficient thanks to its user-friendly interface. Keeping an eye on every team member's workflow is simple and the versatile templates help a lot especially at a reasonable price.
Cons
monday.com does have the occasional bug or issue but their dependable customer support usually gets everything sorted out quickly.

“task visibility that keeps teams aligned”
Pros
Having everything visible at a glance is one of the best parts of Monday especially tasks, blockers and dependencies. I use it across three different clients, including an agency and a large enterprise and it does a really good job of keeping projects organized. Even when a lot of people are involved and things start getting messy, it still helps keep the work manageable and on track.
Cons
On my side, I could probably benefit from a bit more training especially around automations. I've also seen that some clients get much better results from the platform than others and a lot of that seems to come down to how their ops team originally set everything up.

“simple tracking and features”
Pros
The project tracking and feature set are my favorite parts of Monday.com. It's fairly simple to use and doesn't take much effort to understand.
Cons
A few bugs and issues have been the part I've liked the least about Monday.com. Switching between different boards can also get a bit confusing at times.

“flexible boards for support”
Pros
Being able to set up dedicated boards and ticketing is what I appreciate most. It really helps organize client account support and keeps the team accountable.
Cons
This isn't really a downside but I'd love to see more integrations in the future especially with data or analytics apps. Having a way to send clients quick reports would be a really valuable addition.

“versatile boards and quick setup”
Pros
Working in Monday.com feels very simple especially with the spreadsheet-style layout. Having different item types available for each column makes it simple to build a detailed, high-level view of everything in one place.
Cons
The pricing is a little high for a small business but it's very simple to jump into and start using without dealing with much of a learning curve.

Pros
The interface feels very user-friendly and vibrant which makes information quick to scan. It also comes with plenty of useful features that help automate workflows and systems.

It can get a bit tricky when trying to set up a very specific automation or feature but there are plenty of helpful resources available to guide you through it.

“fantastic project organization value”
Pros
Compared with several other platforms we tested first, Monday.com made organizing our projects much simpler for my team. It also feels like a really good value for the price and the connection between Monday Work Management and the CRM system works smoothly.
Cons
One small frustration was that linking certain automations and boards was a bit difficult unless we also paid for the CRM system in addition to the Work Management plan.

“flexible views and strong teamwork”
Pros
Setting it up is simple, working with others is smooth and the option to create different status views gives projects much better visibility.
Cons
Getting support can be difficult and I really wish there were a free tier. I work with several companies that use and pay for it but some of them are still too small to justify the cost.

“quick to learn and use”
Pros
Getting comfortable with the software happened faster than I expected. From the outside it looked a bit intimidating at first but once I spent some time with it, everything started to make sense and came together naturally.
Cons
One thing that's missing is an @ option specifically for the person assigned to an item. Because of that, I end up getting tagged on projects I'm not even involved in when people use @everyone instead. That may just come down to how some users are handling it though.

“fantastic to-do tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with my work to-do list has been really convenient with Monday.com because I can check and update it from both my desktop and my phone. The biggest plus is that the free version already gives me what I need to stay organized and on top of my tasks.
Cons
The downside is pretty simple: to make some of the changes I want to my to-do list, I'd need to upgrade to the paid version.

“simple collaboration powerhouse”
Pros
Getting started with this platform felt very natural even as a first-time user. The customizable templates and automation tools are especially useful and collaborating across different departments is very simple. I also really enjoy the color-coded layout and drag-and-drop features which make tracking projects feel far more organized and visually appealing.
Cons
Overall it works really well but there are occasional lag issues when updates sync between team members, particularly when several people are editing the same board at once. On top of that some of the more advanced capabilities are locked behind higher-tier plans which might not work as well for smaller teams.

“helpful templates and tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on my workload is much easier with Monday.com and the notifications help me stay on top of what needs attention. It's also really useful that there are prebuilt templates ready to use whenever I need them.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is adjusting email notification settings since I have to update them manually for each individual item. There isn't a way to apply a notify-me setting across everything at once. I also feel the pricing is a bit on the expensive side.
