The email tracking feature is subpar. It doesnt integrate well with Gmail or Outlook resulting in numerous false positives for email opens. After contacting customer support it took them two months to find a resolution only to inform us that Gmail isnt supported for their email tracking feature.

I understand its named Monday.com yet its frustrating that the calendar week commences on Monday and cant be altered. This may be the admins responsibility but automated email reminders clutter the projecttask update list.
