“Satisfying task tracking”

Pros

Having a digital space to check off tasks feels a lot like using your own handwritten checklist and marking items complete which is easily the best part for me.

Cons

One downside is how overwhelming the board can look when the task list piles up. At a company with a lot of cross-team collaboration, every little thing turned into a separate task and seeing it all on the board felt pretty intimidating.

Keeping track of work is very easy which has helped my team manage time better and be much more effective than before.

Pros

Workflow management is very well organized now and it fits just about any kind of process teams need to handle together. The dashboards also provide detailed status updates which makes it much easier to track progress and stay on top of all the work.

Cons

The interface is a bit technical as at first so it can take a few days to get familiar with all the features and understand how everything works.

“Centralized access from anywhere”

Pros

What I like most is being able to keep a database with my company's information and documents in one place so any employee can check it at any time, whether they're at home or at work. It's a very practical tool for working from anywhere since all you really need is an internet connection.

Cons

From the way I used it the platform seemed very good and I didn't come across anything negative.

One of the best parts is being able to build automated templates and systems that help track long-term project timelines while assigning tasks clearly across the team.

Getting everything set up in the beginning was a bit challenging and there are still quite a few features I haven't fully explored or used yet.

A friend recommended it for my car dealership and using it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. In the car business, things can get chaotic fast with so much happening at once but this helps me stay on top of customer tasks and follow-ups. Since getting my whole team organized in one place, I have seen sales increase and fewer issues come up around the dealership.

Cons

The only thing I'd really like to see is a way for leads to be imported automatically from my lead software.

This platform works really well for project and process management, no matter how complex the work is, what industry it's in or which area it's being used for.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the automation around Sections especially to make building automations and managing processes easier.

As a startup founder I have been able to bring together our daily tasks, business development work and even some CRM and operational processes in one place. We also use the forms to handle new client kickoffs, along with several other projects like investor relations and even payment tracking.

Cons

The downside is definitely the price. I really love using it but for now I only have the basic plan because it feels quite expensive compared with other options.

The interface is one of my favorite parts of monday.com. The boards and color coding make project tracking much clearer and easier to follow and the Gmail integration is also really useful.

Cons

One thing that doesn't work as well is the way messages pile up in the task inbox. It makes them harder to organize and keep track of.

Its color coding is really helpful and there's also plenty of space to add notes.

The frustrating part is that Command+Z doesn't work inside a cell and once a board is already set up, changing it is almost impossible.

Overall, it does a great job of giving you a big picture of where you are with a project. We highly suggest this system.

 You must master a lot of mathematical coding and jargon used by Monday.com in order for it to make sense.

From day one this has been a highly effective tool for organizing projects and overall workflow. The customization options are a big plus and they let me set up and organize every project exactly the way I need.

I don't have any complaints as it does exactly what it promises.

Running projects through this software has been really useful. It's easy to use and understand and it lets you manage multiple campaigns at the same time. The automated actions help make the workflow much easier and you can even build your own without needing any programming skills.

Cons

Compared with the other software I have tried, this has easily been the best one so far. I honestly cannot find much to criticize. It's clear, simple to use, has all the features I need and offers plenty of app integrations as well.

It looks like a project management app built with both creativity and functionality in mind. The design is excellent and the constant updates make it even better over time. With every new feature they roll out, it keeps evolving into a much broader and more impressive project management ecosystem.

It's a really strong platform Overall though the tech support team can be a bit slow to respond.

Project management and task management are some of the most valuable features here. The platform is easy to use and integrating it into business processes feels simple and works well.

At this point I have not noticed any missing features or anything that really needs improvement. I also have not run into any parts of the product that are hard to use, including its integration with business processes.

It is a very powerful platform with lots of features, giving you an amazing project management tool that can be adjusted to fit your work and specific needs. There are plenty of settings available so you can build things the way you want and you can also connect it with other platforms to automate many tasks. Great overall.

The pricing can feel a bit high and getting started may be somewhat challenging at first when you're discovering all the many options and configuration settings available.
