“Robust system”
Pros
Although the software is very intuitive, there are also helpful resources available for learning tips and techniques to get you a speedy start.
Cons
Because each board can differ in how it operates, some people do struggle when they venture outside of their usual digital stomping grounds.

“boosts productivity”
Pros
Getting started was quick and the flexibility has been a big plus. As we've used it, we've been able to adjust things on the fly whenever needed.
Cons
The standard forms and invoices look good on screen but they don't come out well when printed. Invoice copies sent out with goods also don't print nicely.

“Renewal support fell short”
Pros
It is fairly easy to use and setting up new boards is simple too so getting started and creating boards is not a hassle anymore.
Cons
To me the real frustration came at renewal time. The customer support and sales team became unresponsive and the fact that we had been paying annually before seemed to have no impact on the new renewal pricing which resulted in a 70% increase in software costs without much added functionality. During the renewal process, the sales team told us our renewal date had been extended by two weeks while we sorted things out and discussed a few small discounts but that turned out to be false. Instead, we were charged the new market rate on the original renewal date, apparently because the sales team delayed things and stopped responding. After that, we were told the charge was accidental and that a refund would be issued but the refund still has not been processed. They have continued to be unresponsive and have not followed through on what they promised. At this point I am stuck paying the market rate for the full year and we will not be renewing again.

“user friendly team collaboration”
Pros
Simple to use, easy to understand and works really well for involving large groups of people across the organization.

No issues to mention at this point as the setup was simple and adding data has been hassle-free thanks to the user friendly design.

“cluttered ux”
Pros
Back when it was still called DaPulse, I actually preferred it more than I do now. It still has good features but the overall experience feels too messy.
Cons
The UX really isn't the best compared with others in its category and it needs to be cleaner.

“Colorful boards for everything”
Pros
It does a really nice job of keeping tasks, projects, due dates, goals and plenty more all in one place. The standout part is how customizable it is as you can build visually appealing boards with lots of colors, layouts and different ways to structure information which makes managing both work and personal life feel more organized and efficient.
Cons
One thing I'd still want is a calendar feature or some kind of planning template that would work better for tracking daily schedules and appointments.

“user friendly teamwork across teams”

The interface is very user friendly and it makes it simple to keep a large team connected even when people are spread across different parts of the world.

I do wish the app offered more features for reporting and analyzing data.

“whole team loved it”
Pros
Its design and layout were the first things that pulled me in. The bold lines and color coding made the app really appealing and after using it myself at a previous job, I ended up recommending it to management. They liked it enough to roll it out to the entire team.
Cons
At this stage of running my own business, it's outside my budget. If the business keeps growing, I'd definitely consider using it again.

“feature packed team coordination”
Pros
This software offers a huge range of features. We mainly use it to assign tasks to different members of our team and set reminders and it does that really well.
Cons
One downside is that not every feature is clearly explained so you do have to spend a bit of time figuring some things out on your own.

“Dependable file sharing features”
Pros
After about six months of using it our team ended up appreciating a few parts of the platform. Document management and file sharing were the features we relied on most and they worked consistently without causing any problems. We also began using it for task assignment and tracking, although the interface and overall workflow didn't leave much of an impression. There was a chat feature as well but it wasn't always instant and was slow on some devices. Eventually, we moved to another tool because it became too frustrating for the team to keep waiting for replies from coworkers.
Cons
On certain devices the platform tends to lag. That said customer support did respond well and helped us sort it out afterward.

“Powerful automations for task control”
Pros
After getting familiar with all the powerful details in this app, like automations and form integrations, managing your workload becomes much simpler. It can handle a big portion of the process for you, as long as you put in the upfront time to set up triggers, automations and team collaborations. Even if you work solo or as a freelancer, this platform can completely transform how you manage tasks.
Cons
Bringing projects over from Trello sounded promising but quite a bit of important information was lost during the transfer especially due dates and attached files that had taken time to organize in Trello. The migration process was slow but in the end, the time spent building custom boards, digital forms and automation rules ended up being worth it.

“A clean interface”
Pros
The interface is clean and user friendly so it's easy to figure out where to go and what to do when needed. It's also flexible and adapts well to different ways of working.
Cons
A few form-related features are still missing and some automations can be slow to run or occasionally fail, although that has improved a lot over time. At times the platform can also feel a bit slow.

“Reliable daily team management”
Pros
Setting up the team with this software was very easy and managing it day to day has been just as simple. It does exactly what we need and we rarely run into any issues at all.
Cons
A few of the automation features still depend on separate paid integrations. It would be nice if those were built directly into the platform someday even if that meant paying a higher subscription price.

Pros
Keeping up with daily tasks and managing projects is really hassle free. The integrations with Google Calendar and Slack are a nice bonus and work really well.
Cons

“Task tracking that keeps us aligned”
Pros
Running a development company became much more organized with monday.com. It helped us manage our time and tasks more effectively, stay on top of what needed to be done and complete work on time while keeping everything aligned.
Cons

“Excellent project planning tool”
Pros
It's excellent for planning projects, whether you're working on your own, with a team or assigning tasks to other coworkers. I really like that you can set deadlines, attach documents and keep a close, timely follow-up on everything.
Cons
At times it seems limiting depending on the type of work and I think it can end up showing too much information without feeling all that personalized.

“Dependable for simple workflows”
Pros
I worked with this tool across five different clients who specifically asked for it and my takeaway is that it feels very basic. I'd describe it as a vertical Kanban tool because that's pretty much what it is.
Cons
It doesn't have enough depth for teams handling more complex projects. It works fine for content planning and social media calendar management but beyond that, its capabilities feel pretty limited.
