“Fantastic team project tracking in practice”

Pros

Across our whole team it has been simple to use and manage. We can handle basic client tickets as well as client project boards across multiple departments. Also it comes with plenty of useful features we rely on every day including project status updates, board sharing, tracking, email notifications and more.

Cons

One issue is that especially with bigger teams, details tied to each ticket can sometimes get lost. It would be much more helpful if the dashboard clearly showed which items had additional information.

Pros

One feature that really makes monday.com stand out is the last seen option. I haven't come across that in other CRM tools and it's genuinely helpful for checking which employees are active and currently working. It also lets us create custom tabs which makes organizing and managing projects much more convenient.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about it. I personally really enjoy the interface.

The interface does a really good job of showing our group's day to day company activities in a clear and organized way.

I feel like its interactions with other views could still be improved.

One of the best parts of this platform is how customizable it is which lets me tailor it to fit exactly what I need. The available templates also help a lot and make getting started much more convenient. I also really like the interface because it seems fresh and pleasant to look at. On top of that the overall layout and flow of the platform make sense so using it is not a hassle.

Cons

The only downside for me is that it feels a little expensive compared with some other platforms on the market.

Absolutely outstanding project management software. It makes assigning tasks to team members incredibly simple and keeping track of progress all the way through to completion is just as easy.

I noticed that the free version is missing a few features but it's still an excellent piece of software overall.

Just started using it recently and it already seems like a great platform for managing to-do lists as well as keeping track of project progress.

Cons

I haven't come across any major issues yet, although I am still only using the more basic features. It did take me a bit of time to find my page from the front page.

Pros

Any tool that helps our team handle client caseloads more effectively and presents everything in a visually engaging way seems like a big win. It does take a bit of upfront setup to fine-tune the system for our specific workflow but once those settings are in place, our team's efficiency increases dramatically.

Cons

This is definitely a minor complaint but I do wish some of the feature names were clearer right from the start. Like I mentioned, it took some tweaking and exploration to fully understand what the software could actually do but once we invested that time, the results turned out to be excellent.

Pros

The customization options are excellent and give you plenty of ways to style everything. The Work OS also does a really good job of acting like a team leader for the whole team.

Cons

At times it doesn't connect properly and that causes delays.

Filtering the database is very efficient and it also makes it simple to interact and collaborate with other colleagues.

Cons

It would be even better if it supported more languages so it could work as a truly global app.

There's no limit on how many team members can collaborate which makes it really practical for group work.

Some tools inside the app aren't labeled very clearly so it can be confusing to find or understand them.

When it comes to visually exporting a schedule, that part still needs improvement.

Pros

Using this software is very pleasant thanks to its simple, user friendly interface. It also integrates with many of the tools where projects are actually carried out which makes coordination much easier. On top of that tasks can be assigned to specific users and it provides reporting on the main performance indicators.

Cons

The reporting options cannot be customized based on variable data added in the project management system. Also, its accessibility and task-management integration are not as strong as some native options available within computer operating systems.

The layout looks modern and the overall feel is pleasant to use. It works well for managing team tasks and collaborating with others.

Customer support is lacking unless you're on the highest-tier paid plan.

It is simple to use yet very complete, with plenty of flexibility to organize and let everything flow freely. If it needs to be expanded later, I think it could have an even bigger impact.

Nothing to complain about so far as everything has been flowing really well and the experience has been excellent.

I must say it has been an excellent way to keep up with both my own tasks and everything my team is working on. The platform is user friendly and gives a lot of visibility into who's doing what at any given time.

Cons

The one part I am not really a fan of is how messages stack within tasks and I still haven't found a good space inside the platform for collaborative workshop-style discussions. That said we use other tools for that and can link them in so it works well enough for now.

It's very easy to use and the team felt the different labels made the whole experience feel more engaging and a bit gamified.

We'll need more time using it to really spot any actual downsides but at this point everything has been going well.

Pros

Being able to see what my coworkers were working on and how far along each task was made collaboration much better. The color-coded layout was also very clear and quick to understand at a glance.

Cons

You can clearly follow your coworkers' progress but making updates or editing a task can be frustrating. There is a notes section but it is not visible upfront so you have to open the full task to see it. Also, when you create a column for one section, it gets added to every section. Since not every section needs the same columns, that can make updates more confusing.

Pros

It gives me one place to manage the entire marketing plan from start to finish, including KPIs, timelines and investment amounts. Everyone involved on the team can access the information which makes it especially valuable.

Cons

Its notification system or reminder emails tied to the dates you set inside the platform could be improved.
