Having a clear view of each project who's handling it and how long it's been active makes a big difference. That level of visibility is especially valuable for sales.

This is a good piece of software, just not one that I ended up loving. With so many features included, it can feel pretty overwhelming at times. We were actually looking for something simpler so it wasn't the best fit for our needs but I can see it working really well for a team with a more complex workflow.
