“Organized dashboard for press releases”

Pros

Using this for press releases worked really well. The dashboard was simple to navigate and kept everything the person I was collaborating with sent me neatly organized.

Cons

I still didn't fully understand every part of the product. Some of the features weren't completely clear to me or didn't make total sense at first.

Pros

Our marketing team uses this tool and it has completely replaced the work we used to manage in MS Excel. We can create separate tasks, add comments to each one and track their progress clearly.

Cons

At this point I really haven't come across any feature or function that I dislike.

It gives you a lot of flexibility to create the work environment you need and managing everything is easy.

Several features are only available as paid options and they should include more functions in the free version.

Getting started with it is pretty quick and it's a great option for small businesses that want to stay more organized digitally without spending much. It also includes all the basic features for free which makes it really useful to test out beforehand.

Cons

At the beginning it can take some effort to understand how to really make the most of all the features it offers and a few of them don't work especially well with external platforms.

“Helpful templates speed up team planning”

Pros

After trying Airtable, Trello and ToDoist, I ended up choosing this as the best fit for managing my work. One thing that really works for me is how much control it gives you over the view and layout. I prefer organizing things in lists with subcategories and it supports that exactly the way I need. There are also plenty of templates available to help you get started which is useful because they bring up details and elements you might not have considered otherwise.

Cons

One feature I'd really want is the ability to assign weights to subtasks so that when they're completed, they have a proportional impact on the overall progress. It would make a lot of sense to account for different task difficulty levels. That matters to me especially as part of my appraisal process.

Pros

Being able to build my own management tools inside the platform is a huge plus. I also really love the virtual keyboard and having access to more than 200 templates for boards and automations gives me plenty of flexibility when setting things up.

Cons

Task dependencies feel a bit limited. There are also a lot of useful features available but you need to upgrade your plan to unlock the full value the software has to offer.

With a team spread across different parts of the US, this software has helped us collaborate much more efficiently on projects. It has also made task management more organized.

Cons

It did take some time for our team to adjust to the platform so there is definitely a learning curve at the beginning.

Well it is not very simple to fully understand all of the features.

We mainly rely on it to handle HR workflows, customer experience processes and internal task management. It's very user friendly and offers plenty of customization options.

The pricing feels far too high for someone using it alone. Also, the guides and tutorials could be clearer and easier to access.

Built-in automations are a big plus and the available templates help get things moving quickly. The interface feels modern and the platform gives plenty of customization options to fit different workflows.

Its 14 day trial is not really enough time to properly evaluate everything the app can do. Pricing and plan details feel more complicated than they need to be and the navigation can be inconsistent and overly confusing at times.

The interface felt really clean and the simple layout made the platform very user friendly to work with.

To me it felt a bit complicated when working across multiple projects.

Right away this product felt very human and approachable. I was able to get myself onboarded in just seconds, it's very simple to use and I even discovered extra ways to put it to work, like using it as an entry-level CRM.

Cons

The pricing felt a little high especially once we started looking at adding more features, though in the end it still felt worth the cost.

Pros

Managing tasks, projects and time tracking is very easy. The licenses are affordable and even the non-enterprise version comes packed with really useful features. The integrations, available apps and API support are all excellent as well.

Cons

I cannot think of anything particularly notable to complain about.

Using this software has had a huge impact on the way I work. Its project, task and workflow management features have completely changed how I handle things in the workplace. It may have a few minor technical issues here and there but overall this is the best software I have ever used. Thank you @It.

Honestly it feels like this software includes nearly everything a user could ask for. It is well built and designed with simple, less complicated graphics that make it comfortable to use.

From day one we really liked the range of features it offers especially the real time collaboration, along with being able to assign tasks and share documents in one place.

Cons

The only downside I'd mention is that some of our older employees occasionally struggled a bit when it came to getting comfortable with the platform.

Keeping tabs on the team's progress has been pretty easy and using it day to day is not a hassle. Setting up meetings is simple too so scheduling doesn't take much effort.

I'd like to see more notifications although that may just come down to me not having the settings configured properly yet.

Its CRM side is useful and it lets you manage several activities at once. It also helps keep track of employees, while making it possible to plan and organize assigned tasks properly.

Overall it's a good product but I barely use it because I already have another one that works better for me.
