Managing delegation across the team is very easy and keeping up with everyone's progress is simple. Also it comes with a wide range of features and integration options that help make daily work more efficient.

Cons

Pricing is a bit expensive compared with other similar platforms.

Our team used it to organize scheduling and manage projects more efficiently. Getting it up and running was very easy and the onboarding process barely took any time.

Cons

In the end my team didn't use it as much as we expected. I suspect that's because our agile workflow already includes plenty of communication channels that cover the same purpose this software is meant to serve.

One thing that really stands out to me about this software is how easy it is to use. The interface is user friendly so getting started doesn't take much effort at all. On top of that it offers a decent level of customization which makes it possible to adjust the setup to match specific needs. overall it has been a very useful tool.

From my perspective the software seems complex and not very user friendly. The interface isn't particularly user friendly and the overall design comes across as outdated. On top of that there isn't much flexibility for customization and the feature set feels fairly limited.

It's extremely powerful and flexible and the wide range of plugins makes it even more useful.

Cons

One frustrating part is that saving work can be a bit unreliable at times. If you forget to save an update, it doesn't always keep a draft automatically so you can end up losing what you wrote.

Using Monday.com has been a really positive experience overall. I personally loved the software although onboarding new hires is always a bit of a challenge since they tend to get lost when trying to figure out what they need to complete and where to find it.

Cons

The web version can feel a little too difficult to understand and navigate especially for first-time users.

Pros

Getting started with monday.com was quick and connecting it with other tools made it simple to automate our project workflows. Its capabilities make planning and scheduling much more manageable and being able to monitor the status and progress of multiple projects from one dashboard is a huge plus.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing I dislike about its features or functionality. It integrates well, handles automation for complex project work effectively and offers strong reporting and tracking capabilities.

Being able to assign tasks in real time, add important events and keep track of daily activities makes this platform really useful.

Cons

The app still needs alerts for activities that are about to expire within the platform itself.

Monday.com really lives up to its name. It's an excellent way to kick off the business day or week especially when it comes to keeping tasks and business management organized and simple.

There are plenty of strong benefits with it and at this point I honestly cannot point to anything negative to say.

It's a really amazing tool that's simple to use and the integrations come packed with plenty of features.

The part I like least is the loading time but I'd still recommend it 100%.

I must say this tool has been incredibly useful for setting up workspaces, adding tasks, assigning the right person to each one and setting due dates so everything can be tracked monthly, weekly or on a custom timeline. The software is very, very easy to use.

At this point I don't see any drawbacks.

This tool works like an open operating system where organizations and professionals can manage their projects in one place without setbacks and the features really help improve workflow. The part I value most is how collaborative it is, since the whole team can work together in the same space.

I really have not run into any issues with this tool because overall it isn't complicated. It lets professionals handle their tasks without interruptions or long-term difficulties and it's understandable almost from the very beginning.

Running our team has become much more efficient with this. We now handle daily and monthly stand-ups more effectively and I can keep track of project status in real time. Another big plus is being able to coordinate tasks and collaborate not just internally but also with people outside the company.

Cons

As you get deeper into using it there's a chance things can start to feel overly complicated. Because everyone was so wrapped up in the project, progress reviews were often overlooked. Breaking larger tasks into smaller ones is definitely useful but it only works when those smaller pieces are managed properly.

With just a click it adapts quickly and helps the team stay on top of tasks and workflows.

The interface looks modern but the pricing and plan structure feels unnecessary.

Everyone assigned to a task can clearly follow the updates and current status so it's easy to stay aligned on what's happening.

It still doesn't connect with Microsoft Outlook which is a limitation for our workflow.

This software is pretty easy to use and implementation didn't take much effort. Also it offers excellent project management features along with strong task tracking capabilities.

As our business grew it didn't scale in the way we needed it to. We ultimately moved to a more comprehensive system that also includes ticketing, idea management and other functions.

It's very user friendly, not complicated and gives you several ways to keep your business organized.

I honestly have not come across anything I'd consider a downside or something to dislike about this software yet.

Right away the thing I liked most was how simple it is to use. It gives you a really clear view of what you and everyone else on the team needs to get done. Another feature I really enjoyed is how easily you can track progress. I also like the bright, simple colors it uses to label and organize things.

Cons

At the beginning the part that bothered me was the number of features, since it made the software feel a bit hard to get used to at first. After spending some time with it, though, it becomes familiar so it's not really something to worry about long term.

Compared with tools like Teamwork and Asana, monday.com gives us a lot more when it comes to managing tasks. It works really well as a task manager and feels more packed with features overall.

Cons

Working with a development team though it doesn't really feel built for that use case even if it's promoted that way. The workflow management and release management pieces just aren't strong enough.

“My go to for visuals”

Pros

The layout is very visual and user friendly like so simple that even a child could figure it out at a glance. Out of all the project management tools I have used, this is the one I prefer the most.

Cons

It may cost more than other similar options but I still think it's worth paying for.
