“Keeps my work life sane”
Pros
One thing I really love is how it helps organize not just my tasks in the app but even the way I think in everyday life. I cannot really use it at the office since we rarely work with outside apps but it's still helped me build my own better-organized to-do lists at work. It almost trains you to strengthen that organization habit and that's made me feel much more put together overall.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints. The only thought that comes to mind is that it might be worth trying to work with banks too, just to see whether they'd be interested in adding the app.

“Planning never felt this packed”
Pros
There's a huge range of features, views and tools packed into this platform. It gives you what feels like endless ways to organize tasks into projects and break projects back down into tasks. One thing I really appreciate is how it can take the same data and display it in so many different formats, from charts to battery-style visuals. It also seems to be widely adopted across companies for planning which makes it especially convenient when it comes to integrating with other teams and software.
Cons
Getting started felt pretty difficult to me. Right after signing up, the interface was overwhelming and not very easy to navigate. There are honestly so many options that it becomes a bit too much and the UI doesn't do much to make that easier. It also feels very text-heavy and as someone who thinks more visually, I'd really prefer the option to identify projects with an image instead of just a project or task title. On top of that the pricing is a little high compared with other task management tools.

“Updates posted without any fuss”
Pros
The interface is very user friendly and adding line items or wrapping up tasks is pretty easy. Compared with ClickUp, though, it doesn't offer the Kanban-style setup that we tend to prefer.
Cons
It is a bit limited when it comes to project tracking and handling multiple employees.

“tracking is quick with it”
Pros
This tool seems very decent. It's simple and user friendly so making changes and keeping track of progress is something I can do without any hassle.
Cons
The color coding wasn't really to my liking. I'd also want a dedicated column for sharing notes. It would be even better if project boards were easier to share and if there were a meeting tab for note-taking or a built-in whiteboard tool.

Monday.com provides amazing client service. That means a lot to me. I do not want to scavenge the internet for chat groups or information on how to contact assistance. Monday.com truly cares for its clients.

“Workflows kept the day going”
Pros
Workflow setup is one of the strongest parts here. You can tailor it almost any way you want, with hundreds of widgets available to support different use cases. The automation features are a standout and something I hadn't really seen done this well in other project management tools. It's especially helpful for keeping everyone on track with daily tasks and reminders. The platform is also highly customizable while still being fairly user friendly, whether you're adjusting modules, visuals or entire workflows. On top of that customer support has been excellent, with a team that clearly knows the product inside and out.
Cons
Pricing can be a downside especially for solo users, even though there is a free option for individuals with certain limits. There's also a technical learning curve at the beginning so first-time users may find it a bit complicated which makes sense given how broad and feature rich the software is. I have also run into occasional glitches in some functions, like when trying to colorize text for emphasis and those moments can work against the user experience.

“Dashboards showed work clearly”
Pros
Running separate project boards and then pulling everything into one overview board has been incredibly useful. I have also set up dashboards with Gantt charts and timelines which makes planning and tracking work much clearer. The integration with Slack and other apps works really well too.
Cons
There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning and it took me a couple of days to really get comfortable with it. Once I spent some time reading through the features and integrations, though, it's been a dream to use.

“help organize everything better”
Pros
The platform is colorful and enjoyable to use and getting started doesn't take long since the learning curve is fairly manageable, even if there's still a little to learn. It also comes with plenty of integrations and the features connect really well so everything works together well.
Cons
I have genuinely enjoyed using it and even paid for a subscription. It works well for a small team but once you begin adding more users especially clients the cost climbs very quickly. The free version looks appealing but it becomes quite limiting and much harder to work with if you don't have the paid features.

“honestly this confused me”
Pros
I never really got comfortable using this software.
Cons
From the start it felt scattered and a bit all over the place, at least for the way my brain works. The software and its layout didn't feel very user friendly to me and I just couldn't make much sense of how everything was organized.

“able to made my own dashboard”
Pros
Being able to tailor the dashboard exactly the way I need is fantastic. It comes with lots of useful features, including time tracking and automations that kick in once a task is completed.
Cons
Getting everything set up can take a bit of time. Since there are so many customization options, building the dashboard exactly how you want it may be a little challenging at first.

“Free options beat this one”
Pros
During the trial I used monday.com to manage a short proof of concept and it did the job reasonably well. That said I have used other free tools that worked better overall.

“Workflows kept us on pace”
Pros
Monday.com has been very user friendly while still keeping everything organized in an efficient and visually appealing way. The pre-built templates make it simple to pick one that matches your needs and they're also flexible enough to customize however you want. Tools like subtasks, progress bars and user assignments make it very clear to track task progress and see who is responsible for what. Our team also relies heavily on the forms feature because it helps us manage all requests and projects in one central place.
Cons
The downside is that the lower-tier plans feel a bit restrictive so upgrading is almost necessary if you want to get the most out of the platform. For our team, it has definitely been worth paying more but we ended up needing to upgrade not long after we first started using it.

“Felt balanced and reasonable”
Pros
Among all the project management tools out there, this is one of the best. The pricing is reasonable, it's very user friendly and the feature set feels really well balanced for handling projects all around.
Cons
One downside is that setting up dependencies takes several steps, even though that's something most management workflows need regularly.
