“Dashboards gave helpful snapshots”
Pros
Using the dashboard felt really helpful and the color coding made everything easier to follow. My managers especially appreciated the task tracking since it supported their documentation well. The search function also came in handy whenever I needed to find details across multiple dashboards.
Cons
The mobile app didn't include all the features available in the web version which was a bit limiting. Filling in so many columns could feel tedious and sometimes repetitive. With a large number of dashboards, tracking down specific information could also become time-consuming.

“Teamwork improved across departments”
Pros
Across our organization we started using it individually and the business is now trying to get the same kind of benefit from it that I did. With this tool, I am able to get things done. Based on the team's progress, each task can be assigned to at least one person. It's a really useful tool for getting work completed overall since it helps us accomplish much more.
Cons
Once several people, more than three are involved in a task, you need to move to a paid plan. A larger team ends up meaning a higher cost. If you already know how to use the tool effectively, then choosing a paid option makes more sense because you can take fuller advantage of it.

“Started running within minutes”
Pros
It was easy to set up and run and users can learn it quickly, even if they're not very technical.
Cons
Switching between different projects is a bit of a hassle. Admins also cannot grant access to boards themselves, since that has to be handled by each individual board owner. On top of that Single Sign-On is only available with the more expensive plans.

“Boards adapted to our style”
Pros
Getting boards set up exactly the way we need is really easy and the platform is very user friendly overall. It works best when the whole team actually uses it consistently so having strong adoption and compliance across the team is important.
Cons
One challenge I have noticed is using it as a sales CRM when there are multiple leads coming from the same company, since that can be a little harder to manage.

“Looks good, works even better”
Pros
Monday.com has been visually appealing and easy to work with. I have run into very few problems using it and every interaction my company has had with their team has been positive. When something does come up, it gets sorted out quickly and the platform helps us stay organized with projects and keep our workflow on track without much trouble.
Cons
Every now and then it does glitch a bit. For instance tasks assigned to me can take some time to show up under my work which can slow things down.

“Packed with helpful project tools”
Pros
One thing I like is the wide range of functionality it offers for project management. It also makes handling task collaboration much more manageable.
Cons
As per me the pricing is the part that holds it back for me. It feels too expensive compared with other tools that offer similar features.

“Rough start but we managed”
Pros
The software seems to offer a very large range of features and capabilities.
Cons
There may be a lot this program can do but getting started was a frustrating experience. The tutorials were basically useless as they moved too quickly, skipped important steps and cost me hours while I tried to figure things out. They looked good and had music but the person presenting clearly already knew the system inside and out so key steps were missed. After struggling through chat support and phone support, I still couldn't even get an appointment with someone to help me get set up and import my old CRM. On top of that two support reps weren't able to explain how to get me started. That was pretty hard to believe. The tutorials should have been created with new users in mind, with an expert observing where beginners get stuck and what setup problems actually come up. It really felt like this software was built for the people who made it, not for first-time users. A consultant recommended it to me but they clearly didn't realize how difficult the learning curve and code would be.

“teamwork is getting better each day”
Pros
Its layout is visually appealing and very user friendly. It is easy to work in and the integrations with other platforms make collaboration across different teams in the company much more hassle free.
Cons
A few features were not very flexible when it came to making changes. In many cases, adjustments applied to the whole board instead of just a single tab or specific task.

“Loved the design but hated pricing”
Pros
One thing I really like is that you are not stuck with complicated templates so it is easy to customize things the way you need. The interface also looks great and the integrations with other programs are a nice bonus.
Cons
The pricing structure seems inconsistent and honestly doesn't make much sense. On top of that the trial period is far too short which doesn't give users enough time to actually learn the platform. Considering the features it offers something like Asana may end up being the better choice.

“Fresh look made navigation easier”
Pros
Most project management platforms seem to copy the same old interface, as if everyone has to stick with a traditional layout to figure them out. monday.com really breaks away from that pattern with a fresh, modern interface and a different overall experience. The familiar project management tools are all there but they come with an updated look and a new way to build workflows inside the same app, without having to rely on outside tools for important actions.
Cons
This is actually a tool I came back to. I tried it when it first launched and was really happy with the interface and how simple it was to use its features. The issue for me at the time was the pricing for beginners. After quite a few months and after constantly seeing ads for it on social media, I decided to give it another look to see whether anything had changed. It was a nice surprise to see they had kept improving the product and had updated some of the pricing plans.
