“simple setup and live updates”
Pros
Getting work organized in Monday.com feels very natural because the features are simple and laid out in a way that makes sense. The customization options are also a big plus and the real-time updates help everyone stay aligned.
Cons
At times, I run into bugs and connection issues which can be frustrating. There also seem to be too many limitations between the free plan and the basic plan.

“powerful tracking for projects”
Pros
Keeping tabs on every detail is essential in project management and that's exactly where Monday.com really helps.
Cons
At times, the interface can feel a bit confusing. There are also moments when the software freezes for no clear reason which means getting the technical team involved.

“team collaboration that clicks”
Pros
Keeping my team aligned has been much easier with this. It lets us stay updated with one another, communicate throughout the day and share items that need to be handled during meetings or as work comes up.
Cons
I honestly didn't run into anything I disliked. Once I began using the platform, it was simple to learn and simple to navigate.

“versatile project organization”
Pros
Monday.com does a really good job of keeping our projects organized and we've been able to adapt it to different kinds of work across a variety of projects.
Cons
From time to time, we run into issues with automations not behaving the way they should. It's probably partly user error but there's definitely a learning curve to it.

“versatile dashboard for teamwork”
Pros
Keeping projects organized with my team has been much more efficient using this platform. I really enjoy the variety of features available across the dashboard.
Cons
The email notifications can be overwhelming especially when too many updates are bundled into a single email which makes it difficult to tell which projects they're tied to.

“promising for team coordination”
Pros
It looks like this will be really useful once I get more familiar with it especially for keeping my information organized and staying in touch with colleagues.
Cons
I'm still getting used to the platform and learning how everything works. I'm not fully comfortable with the system yet but it does seem like it will be helpful once I get the hang of it.

“clear priorities for teamwork”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me was how clearly priorities and responsibilities are laid out. Monday has completely changed the way we handle campaigns and coordinate marketing work. It's been a really valuable tool for collaboration across the team.
Cons
It does take a bit of adjustment before you fully get the hang of it. Also some automations still depend on integrations if you want to make full use of the data.

“Truly a fantastic product”
Pros
I honestly think it's GREAT for working with teams. It keeps all the info neatly sorted, filed and in place. Everyone can easily collaborate and we literally use it every single day.
Cons
There isn't much I don't like about it. The only thing I'd maybe want is the ability to edit fonts on the workplace tabs or change the entire site's color scheme, just to make it feel a little more like "home."

“Fine for everyday use but not a game changer”
Pros
So far I like how the color-coded boards make it so easy to tell who's stuck and who's moving along. The automations save us from doing the repetitive stuff, so instead of nagging people on Slack, we can just focus on actual work.
Cons
Once you move past the basic plan, the price shoots up quickly and a lot of must-have features like time tracking or better analytics are locked behind paywalls. Also, when boards get really big, they can feel sluggish especially if I'm using the mobile app.

“fantastic project views and structure”
Pros
Getting started with Monday was incredibly quick because the platform is very user friendly and simple to pick up. The nesting setup is one of the best parts, with a really solid structure from boards to groups to tasks and subtasks. It includes nearly every feature I need to manage projects, all presented in a really polished UI. I also appreciate being able to save multiple views within the same project.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing major I dislike about Monday. The pricing feels fair for our relatively small team and the integrations and automations keep getting better. If I had to point to one thing, it would be nice if Monday added a built-in chat feature instead of relying on calling out other users in the comments.

“boards and timelines done right”
Pros
Monday.com works really well for project management especially when it comes to assigning tasks and keeping track of day-to-day deliverables through boards and timelines.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better is adding more suggestions or tutorial guides. The lack of helpful prompt boxes that point out features seems like an area worth exploring.

“fantastic collaboration and messaging”
Pros
Working in monday.com every day has been really helpful for coordinating projects and tasks with my teammates. I also appreciate the instant messaging and internal communication features which are a big plus for keeping everyone connected.
Cons
Honestly both the vendor and our internal technical team have done an excellent job and because of that we've experienced zero issues with monday.com.

“flexible boards and powerful automations”
Pros
My team jokes that I'm basically the Monday.com spokesperson at this point. The flexibility across boards, docs and dashboards is something I genuinely appreciate. The automations save a lot of time, tagging people in comments keeps communication clear and the integrations with other tools are incredibly useful. Honestly I wouldn't be able to do my job without it.
Cons
The biggest downside for us is the pricing for a small business. I really wish we could get the enterprise plan because of everything it would open up for us but it's just not in our budget. To be fair, I don't think the pricing is unreasonable at all.. it's simply a little more than we can afford right now.

“all-in-one task tracking win”
Pros
Monday.com has been really helpful for keeping every part of my work tracked in one place. Instead of bouncing between different tools, we can manage everything there which makes staying organized a lot more practical. After I learned my way around the platform, it turned into a very useful and efficient system for keeping up with tasks and knowing what needs attention.
Cons
Because we use Monday.com for pretty much everything at work.. clocking in, project management, calendars and more.. it can feel a bit tricky to navigate at times. I'm not involved in the backend setup but I do log and track all of my work there and every now and then I lose my place on the boards or have trouble remembering where certain items are located.

“versatile planning that delivers”
Pros
As a marketing manager, Monday.com worked really well as a planning platform because of how versatile it was. I loved being able to organize my own workload in one place, keep an eye on how the rest of the team was progressing and move a lot of tasks into Monday so I didn't have to keep everything in my head.
Cons
Pricing was the part that held me back. I originally used it more for personal management but the moment I needed to bring team members in, the cost started climbing. In my role, I might need to include around 10 people on a board but I didn't need the full Monday service for all of them so it became pretty expensive.

“reliable workflow tracking”
Pros
Monday.com does a really good job of streamlining operations and keeping workflow management updated in real time. It's also very useful for tracking software dependencies and monitoring milestones throughout a project.
Cons
Getting started with the platform can be challenging because the learning curve is pretty steep and the customization options feel somewhat limited. On top of that, customer support hasn't been very dependable since they often take quite a while to respond when an issue comes up.

“versatile project hub”
Pros
Monday.com stands out for how much you can customize it to handle almost anything. I've used it to keep all my projects organized, submit requests to leadership and even track my clock-in and clock-out time when I was paid hourly.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is that the mobile app can be glitchy at times. The website works much better for real-time updates, while the app tends to lag and takes longer to refresh.

“flexible boards keep teams aligned”
Pros
One of the best parts is how flexible it is. I can tailor the boards to match the way our team actually works and that makes it much easier for the marketing and sales teams to stay aligned on tasks and ongoing projects.
Cons
Getting started can feel a little overwhelming for new users especially because there are so many features packed in. That said after watching a good number of YouTube videos and getting the hang of it, it works really well.

“pricey plans and missing features”
Pros
Seeing everyone else's to-do lists and being able to add items to them was useful for keeping track of work. Monday.com also advertises integrations with other platforms which sounded helpful but those options came at an extra cost so we couldn't really take advantage of them.
Cons
The pricing was very high and getting help from support reps was difficult when we needed it. We also didn't receive all the features that were originally presented to us unless we agreed to pay more which was frustrating. On top of that, the software was not very simple to use.
