“simple boards with strong buy-in”
Pros
Monday.com has been a powerhouse for keeping information moving and the platform feels very simple to use. After I set up my boards, they received executive approval and a lot of positive feedback.
Cons
The setup can still be challenging for admins if they do not get guidance on naming conventions and hierarchy. I have seen agency owners have a hard time with that part.

“color-coded boards that keep teams moving”
Pros
Right away, the color-coded boards made it really clear to see who was blocked and who was moving along without any issues. The automations took care of the repetitive tasks which meant we could spend more time on actual work instead of constantly chasing people on Slack.
Cons
Once you get beyond the basic plan, the cost goes up pretty quickly and some features that feel essential.. like time tracking and more advanced analytics.. are locked behind extra paywalls. Larger boards can also start to feel slow especially when using the mobile app.

“all-in-one team coordination”
Pros
It does a really good job of bringing task management, team communication and progress tracking together in one place without feeling disjointed.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing I can really complain about. Everything has been useful for what we've needed and even the customer support has been solid which is pretty rare.

“simple dashboard for project work”
Pros
The simple dashboard makes Monday.com really simple to use especially for newer project managers who are still learning how everything works. It's very approachable and helps beginners pick up project management basics without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons
A few of the project management features still take some time to fully learn and get used to but it's still far easier to adopt than more traditional tools.

“un vrai cadre de travail”
Pros
Monday has really helped me structure and organize my work in a much better way. It's been a very positive experience overall and has made handling my professional tasks feel much more clear and well framed.
Cons
The only downside is that getting started with Monday can feel a bit complex at first especially during the initial learning phase. Having live support available to guide users along the way would make the onboarding experience much better.

“eye-catching KPI dashboards”
Pros
With just a few simple data entries, Monday.com lets me build eye-catching KPI graphics that look polished and professional.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any real complaints about Monday.com. I am only adding extra characters here to meet the 100-character minimum.

“visually appealing and organized”
Pros
The way everything is laid out and organized makes it very user-friendly. As someone who works creatively, I also really enjoy how visually appealing the platform is.
Cons
Even though I'm comfortable using it now, there's still a lot to learn which can feel overwhelming at times. On top of that, showing other people how to use it is challenging.

“helpful planning and clean layout”
Pros
The interface feels very user-friendly and simple to navigate and it has really helped me plan my activities and schedule tasks in advance.
Cons
There is not much to complain about right now. If anything, it would be nice to have more theme color options to choose from.

“Monday.com is a must-have”
Pros
For me, the ease of use stands out. It's perfect for multi-member teams and departments because it keeps everything on track and makes sure every team member stays accountable.
Cons
I've noticed that notifications sometimes get lost & certain menus inside groups take some digging to get through. Luckily, there are plenty of filtering options to help with that, so it's manageable.

“Good tool but pricey”
Pros
The tool helped me a ton with staying organized and planning out my weeks so I could be more productive. I found the user experience very easy to get used to and I didn't really run into issues figuring out the app's features.
Cons
The cost feel a little high and out of reach for some people. That being said, the return on investment is definitely worth it.

“Affordable tracker & a CRM cost alternative”
Pros
This is a cheaper and smarter way to keep track of things and send info compared to buying an expensive CRM. Some CRMs I've used before cost over $1,200 a month, so this feels like a steal.
Cons
It doesn't have all the features you'd find in a pricier CRM like BoomTown. For example, those CRMs can send text messages which is really important for my line of work and that's something I miss here.

“Simple to use but not efficient”
Pros
I really like that I can create whatever columns I need on different boards and invite other users to contribute. It works well for both internal teams and external people.
Cons
I don't always get notified about new activity or updates unless I'm specifically tagged in a comment or assigned to a task. Also, when using it externally with others, it does take a bit of training and support to get everyone comfortable.

“quality organization with a steep commitment”
Pros
Whether it's projects, scheduling or just keeping life in order, this software does a really solid job. It's a high-quality tool for organization and handles that purpose very well.
Cons
There are two downsides that stand out. First, using it really requires a serious level of commitment. Since it's a third-party platform some of what it offers can also be handled with a calendar and the basic tools that come with broader services. Second, the cost is hard to justify unless you're using it all the time. It's not outrageously expensive but it still feels steep if you're not going to be in it constantly.

“fast tracking and versatile automations”
Pros
Project tracking and management feel very fast, with automations that are simple to set up and reminders that work in a lot of different ways. The search works really well too, both within individual boards and across the entire account with the "search everything" feature.
Cons
The formatting option is important and useful so it makes sense that it's there but it can be buggy at times when switching between one formatting type and another. It's also missing from item replies since it's only available in item updates.

“flexible boards that keep us aligned”
Pros
Handling multiple projects, deadlines and teammates used to feel messy but this platform has really changed how we stay organized and keep everything moving. The interface feels clean, simple and very customizable so getting the whole team onboard was pretty simple. I also really appreciate how visual the system is. Whether someone prefers timelines, Kanban boards, calendars or Gantt charts, Monday.com offers enough flexibility for everyone to work in the style that fits them best.
Cons
The core features are easy to use but some of the more advanced pieces like automation, dependencies and integrations can be a bit confusing when you're just getting started.

“custom forms and automations shine”
Pros
Being able to organize our charter requests and get automations around them has been really helpful. It's also nice that we can customize a form to fit both our clients' needs and what our team requires.
Cons
The part I don't enjoy is when the calendar freezes and I have to refresh it just to get it working again. When I need to move fast, that extra step just slows everything down.

“flexible boards for team collaboration”
Pros
The custom board setup is really useful since you can create the exact columns you need for different workflows. It also works well for bringing other users in to contribute, whether they're part of your internal team or external collaborators.
Cons
One downside is that notifications can be inconsistent and I do not always get alerted when there is new activity or something has been added unless I am tagged in a comment or assigned a task. When using it with external users, it also takes a little training and support to get everyone comfortable with it.

“user-friendly and reliable”
Pros
From the start, Monday felt like a very user-friendly platform. It was simple to understand and quick to learn and the design along with the colors made it more appealing to use. The most important part for me was how fast I could access the information I needed. It worked really well for logging and tracking customer refund requests and QA results. Overall it was a very positive experience and I used it every day without running into any issues.
Cons
Honestly there wasn't a single thing I disliked about this tool. It was consistently functional and the information was always available whenever I needed it. It was a really good experience overall.
