Monday.com has helped our company enormously. Since implementing Monday.com as our client-facing communication tool, we have witnessed a significant decrease in confusion, fewer lost emails, and higher customer satisfaction. The system also aids immensely in Customer Relationship Management.

“Tracking kept every project timely”

Pros

Between meeting scheduling and task assignment, this tool covers a lot of ground. Calendar access makes it simple to see resource availability and plan meetings accordingly. We've also used it for marketing work and file sharing and the time tracking feature is useful for keeping an eye on the numbers.

Cons

The free version comes with limited functionality. Pricing could also be a bit lower especially when similar features are available from other tools in the market.

“Dashboards showed our real progress”

Pros

Keeping projects planned organized and tracked down to every detail is much easier with this tool. The dashboards do an excellent job of keeping the whole team aligned and up to date and the automation features make it possible to build a fast, complete pipeline for managing almost any project.

Cons

Well the only minor downside is at the beginning because there are so many options and settings that it can feel a bit overwhelming when you're just getting started. The pricing is also somewhat high but considering how complete the platform is, it still feels worth it.

Using this tool is not a hassle and it makes it simple to view all ongoing projects along with the stage each one is currently in.

We have not come across anything to dislike at this point.

Pros

Keeping everyone aligned on different tasks has been really easy. When something needs collaboration, both people can work within the same task which makes coordinating much simpler. It's a lot easier to stay updated on where everyone stands during the week and the Slack integration fits in really well too.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. It's been excellent for managing our workflow.

There are plenty of features to work with and the customization options are very flexible.

Cons

The basic plan looks too limited compared with other software especially in such a competitive market for these kinds of tools right now. After testing a few alternatives, I ended up switching to Edworking.

Pros

Using it has been very hassle free. I can add people to the projects I am working on, collect feedback, set deadlines for each one and use project milestones for important company events. It does a good job of keeping everyone updated along the way.

Cons

One limitation is that app integrations are simple to handle on the desktop version but that same process isn't available as easily on mobile.

Pros

Being able to customize every field on the board made a big difference for us. We could track an epic, a task or a user story down to the smallest detail. It also lets you set time estimates, progress status and other native or custom metrics for each task. overall it saved us a lot of time when managing our teams.

Cons

The number of customizable integrations still feels limited and the pricing gets a bit expensive for larger teams.

Pros

Juggling multiple writing projects for different clients is much more manageable with this tool. The spreadsheet and calendar views help me clearly map out deadlines and projects and I can keep everything in one spot, from client details to guidelines, instead of digging through folders and scattered documents.

Honestly I have not run into anything about the software that I dislike.

The customer service has been really helpful and the platform gives you a lot of room to get creative with how you use it.

It is fairly expensive especially since there are free alternatives out there that can do a similarly good job.

Out of all the project management tools I have used this is still my favorite. It's a highly versatile platform with strong features that help me handle all of my projects in a very organized way. One thing I really appreciate is how customizable it is and how many different viewing options it gives me for managing projects. The progress tracking is especially well thought out and the platform supports every phase of a project, from early brainstorming all the way to final delivery. It also does a really good job with task creation and organization, including to-do lists and reports that make it easier to monitor both my own progress and my team's at the same time. That visibility helps us plan calendars better and organize workflows more effectively. On top of that there are a lot of attractive templates that can fit different kinds of projects, along with a wide range of boards that let me choose exactly how I want to see both projects and tasks.

Cons

Well it was not very user friendly and that was most noticeable during the initial setup. At first, I struggled quite a bit because the platform felt cluttered and it was difficult to arrange things in a way that felt personalized and natural to me. The good part is that it offers a lot of customization so after some time I was able to tailor it to my preferences and make it match both my style and my business better which ended up improving my workflow a lot. Another downside is the pricing structure, since the plans don't offer much flexibility and the cost feels fairly high for small businesses.

An excellent event management platform for planning upcoming events and making sure they get completed on time. The task management features are really helpful for assigning work promptly and keeping everything on track. It also allows the whole team to collaborate together in a much more effective way.

Cons

Getting used to the dashboard can be a bit challenging at first since it feels slightly complex for new users. The free plan does last indefinitely but it comes with very limited functionality.

Packed with a wide range of tools for collaboration, time tracking, timeline views and more which helps a lot with project planning and overall management.

Cons

The interface seems a bit more complicated than Slack at first so it can take some time to get used to in the beginning.

Our team relies on this platform for developer time tracking and project management and it has been quick and very convenient to work with. The interface seems clear, friendly and simple which makes daily use much more comfortable.

Customer support hasn't been as helpful as we expected. We ran into some difficulty getting clear troubleshooting instructions which made resolving issues more frustrating than it should have been.

Pricing is competitive and it seems to offer more integrations than a lot of other options. At that point, it really comes down to whether the UI works well for you.

Cons

I have not spent enough time with it yet to really identify any limitations.

Pros

Working with this CRM is very easy thanks to its predefined logical rules like if A happens, then B so creating automations does not become complicated. It can be used from any device with an internet connection, without having to install anything on your computer or a server. The integrations add a lot of value in day to day use. If you work on your own or have a small team, the free version is very likely more than enough. Plus, there is no need to save manually because it records everything in real time as you type.

Cons

There are some features that at first may feel a bit strange or unintuitive. Also due to how the platform is designed, if you leave it open and the internet cuts out, you won't be able to add data until the connection comes back. This means you also won't be able to keep writing there so you'll have to rely on another tool in the meantime.

A handy platform for handling projects and team management. It's simple to get started with once you've had a bit of basic training. The multiple colorful dashboards also make it more user friendly and easier to work with.

Cons

Costs can add up quickly when the team gets bigger. Keeping track of project goals is also not very easy so it takes extra effort and follow-up work to stay on top of everything.

Right away the best part of monday.com is how user friendly it feels. It's very simple to work with and the modern GUI makes everything easier to navigate and operate.

Cons

One thing I liked least is that the pricing and plan options feel unnecessarily confusing.

One thing that works really well is how many different status options you can set up and the way you can organize everything however you want.

Cons

Using it doesn't seem very user friendly from a UX and design standpoint especially on mobile when you're trying to manage tasks on the go. It comes across as pretty complex, freezes fairly often and honestly makes it harder to stay motivated to get the actual work done.

Right from the start the platform looks very user friendly and really simple to navigate and use.

Cons

When there's a very large amount of data, I mean really a lot that it can start to run a bit slower although that may also be related to the computer being used.
