“Setup made productivity feel natural”

Pros

Getting started with monday.com is incredibly fast and customizing it to fit the way your business works is just as simple. It helps you track, document and visually show everything happening across the business. From team management, customers, sales and leads to projects and marketing campaigns, it really feels like a powerful tool for improving overall productivity.

Cons

One thing that could be better is giving a little more context about what happens when a line is closed instead of only when it is opened. It includes several features that Trello does not offer although Trello still has a few capabilities that this one is missing. The price is definitely on the higher side but after trying the fully free preview, it becomes clear that the platform is so practical and simple that it still seems worth using.

It has a clean layout, it's simple to move around in and it includes most of the core features you need along with plenty of useful extras.

Cons

Getting full buy-in across our organization was really difficult. As an individual user, I enjoyed using it but for whatever reason it didn't click when it came to cross-department collaboration, workflows and broader team adoption.

Pros

The user experience is very approachable. The design and interface are friendly and simple for new users to pick up quickly. Giving clients access is also a big plus because it makes them feel involved in the process and lets them track the project without having to reach out constantly for updates.

Cons

At times there are so many workflow options that managers can feel overwhelmed. Also, when the platform rolls out major updates or changes the views, it can take a while to figure out where everything has been moved.

Monday.com is pretty easy to navigate. It is very user friendly and once you understand how it works, you can really take advantage of what the platform has to offer.

Cons

One limitation is the automations which feel a bit too basic for the kind of tasks we want to handle. It can also be somewhat slow to load At times and while the dashboard layout looks nice, it still feels like it's missing quite a few features.

The layout is clean and the software is very easy to use. It's a really strong product overall.

Cons

It did take some time to get fully comfortable with it but in the end it was worth the investment.

Pros

It is professional and easy to navigate. It offers a ton of flexibility, with plenty of colorful options to keep everything well organized and coordinated. It also integrates nicely with other tools like Slack. For team collaboration, project management, task assignment, progress tracking and customization, it works really well.

Cons

Pricing can get expensive especially as you add more users.

Compared with Trello, it gives me a lot more options to work with which is something I really appreciate.

If there's one part I am least happy with, it's the pricing.

This app looks like made for people who want to manage their time better and stay on top of tasks. The interface is genuinely motivating and somehow makes you want to keep working until everything is completed which makes finishing tasks feel really satisfying.

Cons

My only real complaint is that it takes a while to learn how to fully use all of its features, since the platform is so extensive and can do a lot. At the same time that depth also has an upside because it gives you a high level of customization.

“Dashboards worked for everyone equally”

Pros

I find it very simple to navigate. In a workplace where not everyone is especially tech-savvy, it still felt efficient and approachable for everyone using it. The dashboard inbox was a standout feature because it gave one central place to view all comments across every task. We're also planning to use it later on for onboarding new agents.

Cons

One thing I'd want improved is the notification system for tasks assigned to me. There were times when I'd start falling behind because I didn't notice updates until I got into the habit of checking the board every day.

There are tons of ways to tailor this to fit different people and the way they work. It's incredibly versatile and you can pretty much set it up to do whatever you need.

Cons

A lot of the more advanced features aren't very obvious at first so you usually have to discover them on your own or get guidance from your rep.

One of the biggest advantages is how well it integrates with other apps and web services for CRM, automation, marketing and plenty of other tasks.

Cons

Its interface can take a little time for new users to get familiar with.

Works well for scheduling tasks and keeping an eye on project insights. It's a great tool for staying organized and tracking what's going on across projects.

The interface can feel a little confusing At times and it's not always simple to locate older project history when you need it.

There are a lot of options available and the learning resources have been really helpful since I am still new to the platform.

At this stage it does feel confusing and I am having a tough time finding my way around and navigating everything.

Right away the interface is really professional and the dashboard templates for managing tasks are excellent. It offers a huge range of task management features that are hard to fully cover in just a few words. You can quickly check task statuses organize work by creating groups inside a project and get updates on tasks without any hassle. It's also very useful that data can be imported from other tools like Jira.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much to complain about. If anything, it would be helpful to have guideline videos or links to learning resources so users can better understand every feature.

Trying the free version was a pleasant surprise. It works well as an alternative to other project management tools and it lets you keep track of your own progress along with your team members' updates too.

Cons

It can take a bit of time to figure out how everything works. Aside from that it's a really good tool.

One thing I really like about this program is how detailed it is. It covers everything from showing who's involved in a project to laying out the timelines set by our project managers.

Sorting through all the information in the system can be a bit challenging and at times it feels pretty confusing. Still after using it for a while, you do get accustomed to how it works.
