“Too many colors confused us”
Pros
The color-coding is meant to help with visualizing data and tasks more clearly.
Cons
Once a lot of colors start getting used it becomes chaotic really quickly unless there are very strict rules in place. It's tough to tell at a glance what I am supposed to handle versus what belongs to others and overall progress isn't very clear either. I also prefer a tool that combines knowledge management with project management and that's not really what this platform is built for.

“Automations cut down busywork significantly”
Pros
There's a lot to love about the workflows you can create here and the automations you can connect with the software are really useful too.
Cons
One downside is the Pro plan requires you to buy 3 seats which doesn't make much sense when I am using it on my own.

“Reliable tracking, fewer change options”
Pros
Getting started with monday.com for progress tracking, task management and team coordination is fairly easy. Also it handles cross-team work really well which makes collaboration between different groups much more manageable.
Cons
It would be better if the platform offered more flexibility to customize features so they could match the needs of different teams. The roadmap also doesn't accurately represent the project timeline which can be frustrating.

“Clear tracking hit every deadline”
Pros
Right away I really enjoyed how simple it was to use and keep track of the project status. The interface looks beautiful and is very well designed.
Cons
There are a lot of features and even though it was fairly simple to use, my first impression was a little intimidating.

“Perfect workflow for smaller groups”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how many extra features I can add to it. I am able to use Outlook, Word and Excel alongside it which makes everything more convenient. It's also a really useful platform for scheduling clients and building a simple workflow for our small business.
Cons
Honestly I don't really have any complaints. It's a really amazing software option for small businesses.

“Tasks never stalled on us”
Pros
Being able to split projects into clear, specific tasks has been a huge help. Our team managed to handle a large workload without letting anything slip through the cracks because deadlines were built in and we could keep each other updated directly on the platform.
Cons
The newer interface update felt a little unfamiliar at first but it really wasn't a major issue. I was just more comfortable with the old layout. overall it's still a very productivity platform.

“Saw everyone's progress clearly”
Pros
Being able to see how the team is progressing on a specific task or goal is one of the things we value most. It also helps a lot to track how much work is still left before the task is fully completed.
Cons
A feature that could be better is the dashboard setup especially if there were more options available. It would also be helpful for teams to access more historical data showing how much they completed in the past.

“Teams collaborated without any friction”
Pros
It's really flexible, the interface is user friendly and it gives teams a dedicated space to work together. Organizing everything is also very easy which makes staying on top of tasks much easier.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that every user needs a very stable internet connection. Rearranging things can also be pretty difficult and I am not a fan of not being able to type in dates other than the current day.

“Could see across every team”
Pros
One of the best parts is how clearly we can see all our jobs and tasks across different production areas. That level of visibility has really helped us stay organized and on top of everything.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of any downside to using this software. It has made such a big difference for our business that I really don't have any complaints.

“Sales tracking finally made sense”
Pros
Using monday.com has been very easy. The CRM is highly flexible and it gives us a single place to handle every part of our sales process.
Cons

“Tasks kept advancing nonstop”
Pros
Task management has been really useful and I ended up using this platform after a client recommended it to me for project work.
Cons
The thing that seems difficult is handling graphic projects when clients ask for multiple changes. Once a lot of messages and attached files start coming in, it becomes hard to locate the exact message you're looking for on this site.

“Team visibility was finally there”
Pros
Keeping up with both my own tasks and the rest of the team's work has been much better with this tool. It's user friendly and gives a clear view of what everyone is working on at any given time. That kind of visibility has really helped us stay coordinated, manage our efforts better and make sure nothing falls behind. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a decent project management solution.
Cons
One small frustration was that certain actions weren't always obvious at first. There were a few moments when I had to figure out things like adding a comment or editing a task. That said the support team responded quickly whenever I needed help and they made the learning process much easier.

“Boards held up dependably well”
Pros
Monday.com is definitely something I'd recommend for managing boards. It's simple to administer and does a really good job of keeping communication between work teams organized and flowing well.
Cons
The downside is that too much time gets wasted dealing with automations which is a negative point for me.

“Dashboards showed our work clearly”
Pros
The dashboard stood out with its clear insights, useful parameters and color-coded layout. It's simple to customize the views and metrics we want to focus on and the data visualization is handled really well. We picked it because it works as more than just a sales CRM such as teams like marketing and customer success can use it comfortably too. The user interface is simple which makes it much easier for people across teams to actually keep using the CRM and stay on top of documentation. On top of that the pricing feels reasonable compared with several other options we considered.
Cons
I have not heard any complaints from the teams. Anything that seemed to be missing was handled through simple integrations.

“Everything kept marching forward”
Pros
Keeping timelines attached to every task for different stakeholders has been really helpful. It's simple to build a tracker for the entire product journey, starting from scratch all the way to ship-out. The interface is pretty simple and being able to check each stakeholder's activity, like when they opened a ticket, adds useful visibility. The Slack and email notifications are also excellent and keep updates from getting missed.
Cons
The preview feature isn't very useful right now because comments don't appear clearly there. The Android app also doesn't stay fully aligned with the web version since notifications tend to arrive late. Admin and sub-admin permissions can be confusing and it sometimes feels like too many people can access the group. The lock and unlock feature could definitely use some improvement as well.

“Visibility across departments was excellent”
Pros
Across the team this tool gives everyone clear visibility into tasks and projects which makes coordination much better. It works really well for planning projects and managing the time spent on each one. The interface looks outstanding and the pre-built templates are among the best available.
Cons
Well the trial period seems too short and the number of features can make the platform a bit confusing at first. It really takes extra time to learn it properly and explore everything it offers. The pricing is also not very basic and I would not recommend it for teams working with a waterfall methodology.

“Modern tracking felt just right”
Pros
Using it is like how a modern task manager is supposed to work. It's incredibly simple to get the hang of and once you start using it, it's hard to imagine switching back. That's probably a big reason it attracted so many users so quickly. If task management has been a struggle, this is definitely worth trying. The interface is one of its best parts too as it is colorful, clean and very fast.
Cons
Honestly I have not come across any real downsides with this software. If I had to suggest anything some kind of integration with Agile or Scrum workflows would be a nice addition.
