It's a pretty distinctive platform that takes the familiar spreadsheet idea and turns it into a Work OS, letting you monitor and organize just about anything.

Cons

One area that still needs work is connecting tasks and projects with third-party tools, since those integrations are still somewhat limited.

The color-coded layout is simple to use and there are plenty of ways to describe organize and build out a project.

Everything has been good for me so far, though it may be worth checking with employees to see how they feel about it too.

Monday.com is a great tool thanks to its user friendly interface, simple setup process and helpful plugins. It handles project management really well, from organizing teams and scheduling tasks to supporting business budgeting and planning. We also use it for employee scheduling, online time tracking, bug tracking and document management so it covers a lot in one place.

Cons

There's honestly nothing to complain about since it delivered everything we expected during implementation.

Pros

One thing I really enjoy about monday.com is how customizable it is. You can add a wide range of columns and categories which makes it possible to get very detailed with each task and project. Assigning people to items is quick and the automations make it simple to notify them when needed. The color-coded layout is also a big plus and helps keep everything clear at a glance.

Cons

Every now and then certain actions or settings aren't very user friendly so I end up searching online to figure them out. That said it's a minor inconvenience rather than a serious problem.

It's not really a downside but I'd suggest adding a more structured onboarding process with a bit of training.

Getting deadline notifications is really helpful and having every team project visible in one place makes it much easier to stay on top of everything. The tags and update timestamps are also useful for keeping work organized and current.

The visual design looks fantastic and the way tasks can be added and tracked along with reports for all projects is very well done.

Keeping tasks organized and staying productive is much simpler with this app. The interface is very user friendly, it works really well for team coordination and the visuals are decent and appealing. It also integrates with a wide range of third-party services which makes it even more useful.

The desktop version works very well overall but the app can feel a bit slow at times. Aside from that the full feature set can get a little expensive although it still feels worth paying for if you want your task management process to run well.

At times it doesn't load the way it should and there can be some lag.

The only thing I'd personally want is 24/7 support because of my time zone. That's more of a personal preference though and aside from that there really isn't anything I dislike about it.

There is definitely a learning curve and it can be difficult for people who are not very comfortable with technology to use at first.

Just discovered this software with the help of a friend and honestly it seems more than perfect when it comes to productivity. It gives such a positive result that it almost seems unreal and I am genuinely smiling, just like the name Monday suggests. For me it fits exactly what I need and it really feels like the right tool to move forward with confidence in a job setup that feels just right.

Cons

On the security side it is already reassuring which is a good point. Still in my opinion, I would prefer everything to feel even more secure and reinforced. That is the only reason I would place it at around 4.5 out of 5.

It can be a bit tricky to make all the boards consistent and it would help if the platform suggested more ways to use it.

The automations and integrations were a nice addition and took some of the effort out of my workflow. I also liked the dashboard design as it looks professional and makes project organization easy to keep track of.

Even though the dashboards look good, there isn't much room to customize them. It also falls short when it comes to helping individual team members see exactly where they stand in a project and manage their own personal task lists.

From a nonprofit standpoint the ability to schedule tasks and assign them to different staff members has been really valuable. It gives us a clear way to see who is responsible for what and when things need to get done. Using this software has helped our team stay organized and focused on meeting our goals.

Cons

At this stage the features we're using have all been very useful so we don't really have any complaints about the product. We're still fairly early in the process of using it.
