Getting started with this program takes only a few minutes because it's very user friendly and simple to navigate. It works especially well for Virtual Assistants and I really appreciate how it helps keep up with tasks while also tracking the time spent completing them.

One thing that really works well is how I can set up and monitor every task for my team, assign deadlines and change them whenever needed. The different status options are also useful and being able to see comments from teammates helps keep everyone aligned.

Cons

At times sub-items and the sections for comments, files and other details can be a bit confusing to navigate. Important information people leave for you is not always easy to locate right away.

Pros

Right away the customizable dashboards and project-planning templates were a big plus for me. They make it simple to follow team projects, manage smaller tasks and assign work without losing track of anything. I can also leave comments on specific tasks whenever an issue comes up and needs attention. The interface feels modern and works especially well for people who are already used to other project management tools.

Cons

Once the number of projects and tasks starts growing, the platform tends to slow down and feel cluttered and heavy. I'd really like to rely on the mobile app for quick status updates but when too many things are happening at the same time it can freeze up. Customizing the dashboard in a more professional way also takes time and the learning curve is fairly steep.

Coming from other tools this one has felt pretty simple even though I have not been using it for very long. I can set up tasks and assign them to the team without needing a ton of guidance which has made getting started much simpler. It's also helpful that I can leave comments on specific tasks whenever an issue comes up during a project. On top of that I have really appreciated the support team and the documentation for connecting it with the apps I already use.

Cons

The pricing is quite expensive and at times it seems to go up even more. The mobile version is also really frustrating to use and tends to act up when I am working across multiple screens at the same time especially while typing.

Using this application has really helped me stay on top of my task progress. It keeps my supervisor updated on the status and the list of tasks I am currently handling. The dashboard is also simple to navigate and I receive email notifications once a task is completed.

Pros

Keeping projects organized from start to finish is very doable here because the platform comes with a wide range of features for creating, managing and tracking work. We often handle a pretty intense workflow and with so many dashboards and groups in play, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed. That said the Panels feature really helps by surfacing priorities through reports and summaries, making everything more manageable while still giving you a good sense of control over how tasks are progressing.

There's a bit of a quantity-over-quality issue in some areas. A few important elements especially integrations, feel limited right now, while the platform is packed with extra tools that don't seem all that necessary. Instead of adding value, they mostly make the learning curve steeper and the system more complicated to get comfortable with.

Pros

Having one place to handle so many parts of project management is a big plus. Messages, task tracking, team updates and file sharing can all happen inside the app so there's rarely a need to switch between other tools to keep work moving.

Cons

Getting everything set up definitely takes a fair amount of time. You really have to understand your workflow and feel comfortable with the system to build workspace tables that actually match your project tracking goals.

The interface is very easy to understand. The color contrast is well thought out and visually pleasing which makes the whole platform comfortable to use.

One thing that could be improved is having more flexibility when sharing a specific project with someone. Adding link-sharing options would also be really important.

Pros

One of the biggest benefits of using myInterview is that this really helpful software is free. I also enjoy how simple the video interview setup is and it doesn't take much time or require extra add-on programs to get it working. There are no unnecessary downloads to dig through just to start using it. The platform is user friendly, very simple and not confusing at all so pretty much anyone can use it without trouble. It works well in a professional environment and another big plus is that it can be accessed on any device. Job candidates can be viewed right from a desktop or laptop and it also works just as well on a tablet or even a phone.

Cons

The only drawback I have noticed with myInterview is that it still doesn't support interviews beyond the current seat capacity so something like a group interview isn't possible yet. Aside from that limitation, the software is excellent to use and I would definitely recommend it.

The system offers a lot of great features to its users with easy navigation. I am sure there are plenty of additional things I have not discovered yet that will come in handy as we get the feel of this platform.

There are instances where we set things up, but there are circumstances where this setup might be destroyed by a seemingly rational action that throws the board off.

Getting started with the dashboard felt very easy and user friendly. I was able to set up a couple of simple projects with hardly any effort and without needing any training. The overall design is visually appealing although it starts to show some limitations once you need more detailed planning.

When I tried to map out a multi-team project with a few moderately complex phases, it didn't feel detailed enough. I was hoping for better ways to organize multiple subtasks, assign them to different team members and track everything clearly. It also seemed like I could handle similar work with tools like Asana or Todoist Pro for a much lower cost.

Managing projects has been a positive experience for me. The project management support is really helpful and the features are easy to understand which is a big advantage. It also handles multiple projects running at the same time very well and that matters a lot when you're often juggling several at once.

One area I am not satisfied with is the workflow functionality. The issue is that workflows perform properly in some projects but in others they don't behave the way I expect which makes the experience inconsistent.

Working with my team in monday.com has been really hassle free. Assigning tasks and different parts of projects to other people is easy which makes coordination much easier. One feature I especially rely on is the My Work screen because it pulls all of my tasks into a single view. I even use it to keep track of items for my boss so it has become a really useful hub for managing everything in one place.

Cons

Oddly the hardest part is actually the huge number of features available. There are so many options and customization choices that it can be tough to figure out how to use them in the best way for my workflow. At times it feels like I would need some kind of training or a class to really take full advantage of everything the platform offers.
