After moving through a handful of task management platforms this one stands above the rest. Once you get the hang of the basics, the boards are quick to set up and is very easy to use. The value for the price is honestly outstanding.

A couple of areas could be better. First we do run into occasional downtime like usually a few times each month. That said their outage notifications are very helpful and do a good job of keeping us informed until everything is back online. Second recurring tasks need more flexibility. Right now items can repeat on fixed schedules but it would be much better to also have the option to set them for specific dates instead of only weekly, monthly or yearly patterns.

When used as a CRM it looks less well designed than other similar tools. It really fits task management better than data management so it's not the best option for that kind of use.

It works really well for project management and remote collaboration. The platform does what it is supposed to do and the interface is easy to navigate. It has helped me keep different services grouped together without having to switch between platforms. I mostly rely on it for managing team projects and tasks, tracking creative process records, handling finance management and I also like that it integrates with other apps like Gmail and Slack.

The pricing is expensive compared with other platforms. There are also cheaper alternatives and even free ones although those usually require a bit more effort to set up or manage.

One part of it worked well and frustrated me at the same time which is the forum-style note tracking on each ticket. Having every comment and update gathered in one place was definitely useful, since it made it possible to follow the full conversation without jumping around.

Those ticket based discussions can become confusing to keep up with. That is not entirely the software's fault but the way the feature is set up seems to invite users to handle it in messy or inconsistent ways. It would help if the intended use of the discussion area were more clearly defined.
