The application is easy to use. Also it works really well for basic task management and keeps the process simple to handle.

The only thing I really need at times is to check the help section or ask IT for assistance but aside from that it's been easy to use.

Among project management tools, this one has the most logical setup I have used. It feels like a premium solution, with a professional interface full of color coding, prioritization options, sub-tasks, ownership assignments and more. Even with all those features, the overall structure still makes sense and becomes very easy once everything is set up. It's also helpful that you can invite people from outside the company to participate.

Getting started can be a bit tough because there isn't a clear user manual so anyone who isn't already familiar with project management may struggle at first while learning the platform. The other downside is the cost since pricing is based on per-user subscriptions. If you have a large project team, the total can become very expensive in a short time.

Compared with a lot of project management tools that end up feeling like dressed-up spreadsheets, this one has a much better user experience. It looks professional, works really well and is very easy to use.

It does feel like a few more integrations would make it even more useful. We'd like to connect our PM tool with invoicing and time tracking and also give external clients access to selected projects.

It's very user friendly and works well for managing projects, tasks, teams and plenty of other workflows since it adapts easily to different needs. The free trial period is a big plus and it's also convenient to use across all browsers and on mobile.

From the start tagging people, assigning tasks and updating timelines has felt very easy. I spend most of my workday in it and it's usually the first tab I open every morning. The My Work section helps me stay on top of my own tasks as well as keep track of what my team is working on.

There honestly aren't many downsides. Like with most software, it can take time to learn every feature and tool but the online help is very good and they communicate updates and changes really well.

In the end though, my company decided not to move forward with it and chose Asana instead. I am not completely sure why they went that direction but I assume pricing had something to do with the decision.

Honestly staying organized has never been my strong point but this tool has really helped me get my work in order and boosted my productivity. The timeline and time-tracking features are excellent and the overall design is very well done. I can clearly follow the progress of my work and it has completely changed the way I work. I am very happy with it.

Working with remote teams is much more transparent and accountable with this software and it keeps project progress visible at every stage. It also gives management a decent way to assign tasks and keep the workflow moving consistently throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The thing that could be improved is how proactively the system communicates updates to the team. Right now, people still need to log in manually each day to check for changes and more automatic notifications would help.
