Building out the board can feel tedious and a bit overwhelming especially when you're adding multiple trackers. There's also quite a bit to learn during the initial board setup.

It's easily one of the best tools available overall but it's not the right fit if your main focus is task management.

It works well on both iOS and Chrome and the views are clear and customizable enough to match the way you prefer to work. Getting started is quick and it only takes a few minutes to learn the system and begin collaborating with your team.

Cons

One standout feature, the timeline view isn't available on the free plan. Some integrations also come with a few limitations and if you don't stay on top of your settings, the email notifications can quickly become overwhelming.

I do wish linking the different boards and sheets was a bit easier so I could keep one board for sales, another for marketing and then a separate master schedule that I could share with my management team.

Other than looking a bit confusing At times it can be fairly slow when moving between projects and similar areas. There's nothing really wrong with it but it does seem like it could offer a bit more overall.

Switching to a hybrid work model, we started using this platform and it has worked out really well. Getting started with tasks was very easy and with just an email invitation we were able to join workgroups quickly and participate actively in the boards. Beyond serving as a tool to manage and track both team and individual projects, it also covers many other needs. We've been able to handle onboarding and hiring organize billing records, track relationship status, manage file libraries and more. It's a very versatile and efficient solution overall.

Cons

The only downside I noticed is that the app integrations feel a little limited.
