“fantastic interface and project control”
Pros
Monday.com has a really polished interface and offers several layers for managing tasks and projects. The platform runs fast and feels very simple to navigate and use.
Cons
Honestly there's not much to complain about aside from wishing it were free.

“clear task tracking and teamwork”
Pros
I really appreciate the clear visibility of tasks that are completed, in progress and coming up next. It also makes collaboration much better thanks to the ability to share with other team members and add attachments when needed.
Cons
The free plan isn't enough to fully explore all the features even though there are many of them and they're very useful for teams.

“simple teamwork powerhouse”
Pros
From daily planning to keeping projects on track, this tool has really improved how I work. The interface feels very simple, the UX/UI is well done and it connects with plenty of integrations. It also makes team collaboration much more smooth.
Cons
The pricing can get expensive for bigger teams and some features are locked behind paid plans. The free version is also quite limited since it only includes a small number of seats.

“versatile project tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Monday.com feels incredibly flexible and full-featured. We rely on it for both project planning and day-to-day task tracking and it does a really good job of keeping everyone aligned on overall progress as well as individual responsibilities. The different interactive views make it simple to see updates, timelines and task status in whatever format works best.
Cons
Monday.com approaches project management in a pretty distinct way. It really works best when the whole team buys into using it consistently and that can be a hurdle since some people feel it is too detailed or visually too busy compared to their preferred method of tracking projects.

“affordable tracking that delivers”
Pros
Compared with paying for a pricey CRM, this has been a much more affordable way to track things and send information. Some of the CRM platforms I've used before can run over $1,200 a month so this feels like a very cost-effective alternative.
Cons
It doesn't include every feature you'd get from a higher-end CRM like BoomTown. One thing those more expensive systems do offer is the ability to send texts and that matters a lot for the kind of business I'm in.

“custom crm with pricing tradeoffs”
Pros
After using Monday.com as our CRM for a few months, it turned out to be a really solid short-term option for our small team. It's highly customizable which let us put together a sales pipeline that actually fit the way we work. The interface feels clean and simple and the automations cut down a lot of the time we used to spend on follow-ups and reminders.
Cons
Getting formulas or dashboards set up can take quite a bit of time and there's definitely a learning curve involved. On top of that, the cost can climb pretty fast especially when the features you really need are locked behind the higher-tier plans.

“Great support but security feels weak”
Pros
It is easy to collaborate with a big team like ours because the navigation is so simple and smooth.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that it's not decentralized. I'd feel more confident about security and data safety if I knew nothing could be breached or stolen.

“Easy to read and user-friendly sharing”
Pros
Whenever info gets shared on this platform, it's simple to read and keep up with. On top of that, it's very user-friendly.
Cons
When I use it on my phone instead of my computer, some of the functions are limited. I guess that's to be expected but it can be a little inconvenient at times.

“team collaboration done right”
Pros
Working with monday.com has really improved how our team collaborates during projects. It has created a solid setup for us to stay connected, work more closely and deliver better results than we did before. Getting started was also very simple since the features were simple to learn and understand so the learning process felt quick and comfortable. Another big advantage is its flexibility which allowed us to customize it around our specific work management needs. On top of that, the task planning tools keep everyone on the same page about what needs to be done and exactly when it should happen.
Cons
Our experience with monday.com has been completely positive. Honestly there is nothing about it that we dislike.

“powerful automations and usability”
Pros
Using this product feels incredibly simple and the overall user-friendliness is on another level. I'm also a big fan of the automation features.
Cons
The only additions I'd really want are the ability to use different columns for different groups within the same board, plus an option to embed a calendar view into an intranet so a broader audience could see a content or event calendar without having edit access.

“flexible dashboards that keep us organized”
Pros
Right away, monday.com stood out for how flexible it is and we were able to tailor it to match exactly what our team needed. The visual dashboards are really impressive and give us a real-time picture of what's going on across the organization. Its task management features let us map out work clearly which has helped keep everything organized. On top of that, the project tracking and reporting tools make it easier to spot areas that need improvement so we can streamline our operations.
Cons
Using monday.com has been simple and that has made the overall experience much better for us. Whenever we needed help, the customer support team was responsive and helpful which contributed to a more organized and hassle-free experience.

“terrible customer support”
Pros
Honestly there's nothing positive I can say. I wouldn't recommend using this company since they don't offer any live support.

Pros
The interface feels very user-friendly and it works really well for collaboration especially when assigning tasks and sharing files. It's also quite simple to get the hang of and use day to day.
Cons

“strong project tracking features”
Pros
Monday.com comes with really solid features for tracking projects and monitoring progress. It offers a reasonable amount of customization and the real-time automation works well across other systems used by different departments in the agency, including Finance and Accounting.
Cons
One limitation is that setting up boards and controlling access still requires help from the IT team. It also lacks the ability to directly link relevant websites or connect out to external documents in a simple way.

“flexible boards and teamwork boost”
Pros
Right away, Monday.com felt clean and well organized which made managing tasks and projects simple. The platform is very customizable so teams can adjust boards, columns and automations to match the way they actually work. Its collaboration features and real-time updates help everyone stay aligned and the integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive work smoothly. Overall it's a flexible and visually structured system that helps teams stay productive.
Cons
At the same time, Monday.com can be a bit much when you're just getting started because there are so many features and customization options to sort through. New users especially those who aren't very technical, may need time to get comfortable with it. A few of the more advanced tools are locked behind higher-tier plans which may be a drawback for smaller teams. The mobile app also doesn't feel as polished or simple as the desktop version.

“flexible workspaces and automation”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits of Monday.com is how customizable it is to fit the needs of your company. We've set up multiple workspaces to manage different parts of the business, including project management, document control, accounts and HR. The task automation is also incredibly helpful for organizing and categorizing information efficiently.
Cons
