“Automation handled projects effectively”
Pros
It is a complete platform that helps manage projects in a highly efficient way. It also lets you build automations that are really helpful for handling workflows that rely on approvals and similar steps.
Cons
If you run a small business and only need the basic features, the cost can feel too high for what you actually use.

“Email alerts proved quite helpful”
Pros
Getting alerts directly in my email has been really useful and I can mark a task as DONE right from there without having to send anyone a separate email.
Cons
At times it's a bit unclear which board I am looking at or how the tiering is organized unless I click through from the email notification first.

“Packed with features, slightly confusing”
Pros
The software is like it was built with a lot of ideas behind it.
Cons
Because so many ideas were packed into it, the software ended up feeling a little complex to use.

“Reliable for basic project management”
Pros
As a project management tool this one is very user friendly and works well for simple organized PM needs. Its scope is definitely limited to more basic use cases but within that range it performs reliably and does exactly what it's meant to do.
Cons
The documentation and in-platform contextual guidance could be built out more thoroughly.

“Automation saved hours effectively”
Pros
Monday.com is very user friendly and the automation features are a huge plus. It saves us a lot of time and effort because we do not have to build everything from zero and there is a wide selection of templates to work from. The charts and visual tools are very helpful for managing different areas including Channel Sales. Customization is flexible and user friendly which gives us a lot of control. Project planning moves very quickly and we can edit, add, delete or move groups and items without any trouble or creating confusion.
Cons
At times notifications arrive a bit late and that can slow down teamwork. Luckily, it does not happen very often but it is still a very important issue.

“Tracking tasks boosted my productivity”
Pros
Keeping up with tasks and each stage of a project is much more manageable with this software and it cuts down a lot of the time that would normally be spent following up on activities. It has given our team a real boost in productivity.
Cons
It does take a bit of time at the beginning to learn how to use the software in a way that really works to your advantage.

“Project tracking setup impressed me”
Pros
Such a simple and user friendly management tool. It lets you build dashboards for both tasks and individual projects which makes it much easier to keep projects organized and current while also staying on top of daily work. By copying information into Weekday, I can quickly see how many tasks are still left in my day and how much time remains for project work and that really helps me stay within the time I have set aside.
Cons
The interface is user friendly and setting the tool up for everyday operations was completely trouble-free.

“Updates moved quickly everywhere”
Pros
Getting started with it couldn't be much simpler. Updates show up almost instantly which is especially helpful when your team is spread across different parts of the world. It works well on both Chrome and iOS and the overall concepts are easy to understand and adapt to your workflow. After just a few minutes of learning and collaborating with the team, you're pretty much ready to go.
Cons
Its free version doesn't include the timeline feature which is a drawback. A few integrations also feel somewhat limited and if you don't stay on top of the email notifications, they can quickly become overwhelming.

“Colorful platform tracked accounts well”
Pros
The layout is simple and the color-coded organization makes everything quick to scan. It's a great platform for small sales teams to stay on top of accounts and keep communication in one place.
Cons
At this point everything has been working really well. I just have not used it for the past few months because my job role changed.

“Saw everything across departments clearly”
Pros
Right away the best part for me was how integrated everything feels and how simple it is to use. It works like an all-in-one system that keeps you updated on how the whole business is functioning, whether that's employee scheduling, project management, project tracking, staff performance, sales and more.
Cons
I really have not run into any red flags at this point so saying otherwise would not be honest.

“Great ideas, frustrating to use”
Pros
I genuinely like the concept behind the software. I was hoping for something with stronger time-tracking features but It.con really didn't deliver.
Cons
After trying it during the free trial I couldn't figure out how to make it do what I needed so I ended up giving up on it.

“Better-priced charts with variety”
Pros
Having multiple graph options built in has been a huge plus especially since a lot of other tools don't offer that same range of chart types. Without that variety, I usually end up re-entering tasks into another system just to build the chart I need. monday.com helps me avoid that extra step and it's also definitely one of the more affordable options compared with other project management software.
Cons
The drawback is that it really only functions as project management software. If it included more services beyond that, I think more companies would stick with it instead of moving to another program that comes bundled as part of a larger software package.

“Tasks strong, customer management weak”
Pros
It works really well for task tracking and managing a sales pipeline. We use it across both our production operations and the sales side of the business. Since the sales team was already in the platform, they started treating it like a CRM but it absolutely is not one, even though it's marketed that way. In that area, it feels about as functional as an Excel spreadsheet and honestly even behaves like one in the way everything interacts.
Cons
As a CRM it's terrible. I'd recommend HubSpot or honestly just about anything else instead. The fact that they still promote it as a CRM is something I genuinely cannot make sense of.
