“Tool worked well for everyone”

Pros

It's a very complete tool with a lot of features. It lets you assign cases and keep track of everything along the way. On top of that it's simple and easy to use. It really helps a lot with day to day work and keeps the team organized.

Cons

At times it can be a little slow. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints.

Pros

Planning, prioritizing and getting projects finished takes a lot less time with this tool, whether I am working on my own or coordinating with teammates.

Cons

Pricing definitely climbs as the team gets bigger. That said it cuts down on a lot of stress and saves enough time that the added cost feels almost negligible.

Keeping my tasks scheduled and staying prepared as deadlines get closer has been one of the most useful parts of this software. It really helps me stay organized.

Cons

It seems more complicated than other scheduling tools, even though it actually isn't.

Across both my work and personal life, this product has been a big help. I am a visual learner so being able to actually see progress and know which task is coming up next has made a real difference. My thoughts tend to go in a hundred directions with ideas and to-do lists and this gives me one place to capture everything with as much or as little detail as I need. Before, tasks and ideas would get thrown at me and then disappear, with no follow-through for months. Since using it, I have been able to stay on top of things and make much better progress with my company.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints at this point. If anything, I know I am probably not using the product to its full potential yet.

“Custom workflows boosted team output”

Pros

Right away the collaboration features and project management tools made a big difference in how we work. The platform gives me a lot of flexibility to customize things the way I need and the scheduling system helps keep everything organized. Since this is my first time using this kind of platform, it has really helped improve productivity on the business side and has saved me a lot of time.

Cons

There honestly isn't much to complain about. They seem to be actively improving the platform although I do get a lot of update notifications and I am still waiting to see the changes they bring.

Pros

Task scheduling, creation and assignment are much more manageable with this software. It also helps automate bug tracking, expense tracking and time tracking across projects which saves a lot of effort.

Cons

Customizing the mobile app felt a bit overwhelming because there weren't enough tutorials explaining the available features.

Pros

One feature that has been especially useful is the dashboard, since it gives higher management a quick snapshot of the current status across all projects. The ability to set timelines for individual tasks and send reminder emails as deadlines get closer is also very helpful.

Cons

Getting the tool set up can be complicated. I'd recommend adding video tutorials because they would go a long way toward reducing that complexity.

Managing tasks across the freelancers I work with has been a complete game changer. It makes the whole process far more productive and much simpler than trying to handle everything manually.

Getting started as a first-time user is pretty tough and there really aren't enough tutorials available.

Pros

Creating boards and setting up tasks is easy and it helps a lot with following task progress so deadlines are easier to stay on top of.

Using the mobile app is pretty confusing and it feels like it only includes about half the features available on the website. I tried updating a task while away from my desk but I couldn't see all the task details and some of the features I normally use were missing or hard to find.

Monday.com is covering what we need from a project management tool. We're still early in the rollout across different teams but if we're able to make full use of its potential, it could really improve the way we organise, structure and prioritise our work.

Cons

Getting everything set up hasn't been very easy. There's quite a bit of new terminology and a lot of features to learn and we've also run into some bugs where updates don't always happen right away the way you'd expect.

Pros

The visual design and overall feel stood out to me. I really enjoy the layouts and the platform as a whole is pleasant to work in. I also value how much we can customize boards and groups so they match the way our organization operates. It performs reliably across every device I have used, both desktop and mobile. Search results come up fast and moving through tasks and boards is quick as well. The structure makes it simple to keep track of notifications and stay current on tasks. Setting up boards for different kinds of work is also not a hassle and bringing in users and assigning tasks is fast and efficient.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind at the moment although I may notice a few things over time. I have also worked with Salesforce and Asana before and at this point this one seems to be my favorite.

Pros

Working with it is not a hassle. I can manage specific tasks from almost anywhere, keep an eye on progress as things move along and assign or update projects whenever I need to.

Cons

I still have a hard time integrating other systems with the platform but aside from that I really do not have much to complain about.

Pros

The biggest advantage is how simple it is. Pretty much anyone can get it up and running quickly and start saving time almost right away.

Cons

At times the automation customization can feel a bit limited but there's usually a workaround that gets the job done.

Collaboration across multiple teams in our office works really well with this platform and the available tools make it much easier for everyone to stay aligned.

We were hoping for a built-in GitHub integration but thankfully third-party tools are available to make that possible.

Pros

This platform has been a huge lifesaver and time-saver for organizing content for both my team and my clients. The amount of time I used to spend planning content has been cut in half and it's really convenient to review and update notes in both the Calendar and Main Table views. My team has only had positive things to say about it as well.

Cons

The only downside is having to manually move topics from one group to another instead of being able to use a default setting.

Like any new tool it took a little time at the beginning to learn how everything works.

Using monday.com has been a really positive experience because it's very user friendly. I love how many features and options it offers for connecting with other platforms and for creating and managing data. The overall dashboard is also really helpful since it gives a clear view of which projects are at which stage.

I don't really have any complaints about this software. Once you get familiar with how it works, it's excellent.

Pros

The repetitive and same old boring user interface in project management softwares is, in my opinion, one of the common issues that make working even more of a loathsome task. They believe that in order to use one of these technologies properly, we must all have a classic mindset. Monday shatters that barrier and debuts with an innovative and brand-new user interface. The same old tools are available with fresh looks and a new way to design flows within the same app itself, without the need for additional programs for important actions. We are able to get things done with a little bit of fun.

Cons

I must admit that I recently returned to this tool. I was there to test out Monday when it first launched, and I was really happy with the UI and how simple it was to use the tools functions. Their pricing chart was the first point that kind of disappointed me. Because of the constant advertising on social media, I decided to check back after a while to see if anything had changed. They were still evolving and had modified some of the pricing tables, which was a welcome surprise. But it is no longer a software I have issues with and has been working smoothly for me ever since I came back.

Right away the visual design looks modern and attractive. Having a Spanish version is a big plus, the templates save a lot of time and the mobile app makes it convenient to keep up with work from anywhere.

Cons

Getting familiar with the full interface takes a bit of time at the beginning. On Android, the app can be slow sometimes and updates do not always appear immediately. Also, there is no free version.

“Updates happened quickly across teams”

Pros

Marking a task as complete takes almost no time and chatting with teammates right on the task makes collaboration really convenient.

Cons

It was honestly difficult to tell what the next steps were and it felt like things could get buried or lost in the shuffle pretty easily.
