“Task planning proved genuinely helpful”
Pros
Task management is the standout feature for me because it lets me clearly decide who should handle each task and put together a plan without much effort. That's the part I use the most and appreciate the most.
Cons
I do wish the application were broader and offered more variety overall. For the price, it does a pretty decent job but the amount of content still feels a bit limited.

“Flexible tools served diverse teams”
Pros
Monday.com has been a reliable project management tool for us. It isn't built around just one industry so it works well for different kinds of businesses and comes with a wide range of features to support a variety of needs.
Cons
A few parts feel a bit restrictive, though. I am not able to remove certain columns or rearrange them which makes customizing the view more difficult than it should be.

“Colorful task management was effective”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized with color coding is really helpful, the ready-made templates save time and the platform is simple to use.
Cons
At the end of the day it's still just a management tool. There are plenty of similar products out there and it doesn't really bring anything new or innovative.

“Task planning hub worked wonderfully”
Pros
We've been using this internally mainly for managing employee tasks and it's been really useful for building out plans at a higher level afterward.
Cons
One thing that could make it better is adding more features to the lower-priced tier so it's more accessible for smaller companies.

“Collaboration kept everyone perfectly aligned”
Pros
One thing that really works well with monday.com is how user friendly it is. The collaboration tools, task assignment options, project overview and priority tracking are especially useful. It offers plenty of features that help with project management planning and make it easier to delegate work based on workload and available resources.
Cons
At this point I have not noticed anything lacking for our Learning Project Management needs while using its basic features.

“Interface made navigation quite straightforward”
Pros
Using it has been awesome. It's very user friendly, the interface is excellent and the steady product updates show they really know what they're doing and are doing it well.
Cons
It can feel a little basic At times almost like a supercharged Excel sheet and the concept seems fairly easy to copy.

“Setting up tasks stayed simple”
Pros
This software is easy to use. I could quickly add my projects and assign tasks to each one without any hassle.
Cons
The downside was the missing calendar view and the lack of integration with my own Google Calendar. Because of that, I had to rely on two different tools to make everything work which ended up slowing me down.

“Automations saved hours consistently”
Pros
It is very user friendly and it integrates really well with the other CRMs we use across the company. The automations are something I absolutely love and overall this has easily been the best CRM I have worked with.
Cons
Well the only part I am not a fan of is the new board experience. I gave it a try but ended up switching back to the old version.

“Flexible tools, interface felt crowded”
Pros
From one place, you get plenty of navigation options to work with. That makes it useful for focusing on productivity, teamwork, collaboration and creativity without feeling tied down by business concerns. Since the software is open and customizable, you can shape the tools to fit the way you want to work.
Cons
On the downside this software comes with quite a few issues. The biggest one is that it doesn't really let you work according to business standards. On top of that the overload of features makes the tool harder to use than it should be.

“Client data finally all central”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me is the range of tools it offers along with an amazing UI. I especially love the Sales CRM feature because it gives me strong automation options, including sending mass template emails that help drive sales in my company. On top of that it also includes several other useful tools that make project management much more effective.
Cons
A feature I'd really like to see is better integration between all of its internal services so it can offer a true 360-degree view of the business. It also feels a bit expensive for new users to get started especially since the 14-day trial is too short to fully explore and understand everything the platform can do.

“Workflow kept days running well”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized, following the progress of work and having clear visibility into everything is much more manageable with this software. The interface looks modern and appealing and it is fairly simple to navigate, even though there are so many features that I still have not explored all of them. The strongest part is how well everything is structured because it really leaves no excuse for overlooking anything. There is also a high level of customization available in the interface. The colorful status labels are especially useful and adjusting them is very convenient. It gives me a real sense of control over projects and daily tasks. I also have to mention the integration center, since it offers a wide range of apps and integrates very well with the platform.
Cons
The huge number of features is definitely a strength but at the same time it can feel like a lot of information to take in at first. Aside from that there really are no meaningful negatives about the app worth pointing out here.

“Collaboration honestly just worked”
Pros
Monday.com is very user friendly and it's been really useful for our team. We work together better and get a lot of value from the features it offers.
Cons
Our biggest concern is the per-user pricing as the team expands. Since we're growing quickly, I am not sure we'll be able to keep using this product long term.

“Organized perfectly across every department”
Pros
Everything feels incredibly well organized which is especially satisfying if you like having things neat and structured. At the same time I think it works just as well for anyone especially people who tend to be a bit more unorganized. Everyone works differently and this can fit a lot of styles.
Cons
At the time of writing this review, I really don't have any complaints. Everything has been good so far.

“Clean interface tracked teams well”
Pros
The clean look of the interface makes the platform very user friendly. It really helps with managing and tracking tasks across a team, even when everyone is working from different locations. It also does a good job of keeping people accountable for their deadlines.
Cons
One downside is that if people forget to update their tasks, the system can get cluttered fast which ends up being counterproductive.

“Powered daily operations effectively”
Pros
It handles just about everything you'd want from a project management tool. After you tailor it to match how your team works, day to day tasks become much more manageable.
Cons
Getting familiar with the platform and setting it up in the way that fits your workflow does take time and there's definitely a learning curve along the way. It helps to be patient and willing to try different approaches.
