“Adopted project management very quickly”

Pros

This is a reliable tool. I was completely new to project management but I was able to implement it without running into any real difficulties.

Cons

The scrolling is something I don't enjoy. When a board gets too cluttered, navigating through it can become pretty difficult.

“Visual tracking was a win”

Pros

Running several projects at once is much more manageable with this software and I honestly wish my company had rolled it out sooner. As a project manager, I can keep individual team members and entire teams updated without any hassle. The visual layout makes it clear where each project stands and how work is progressing. It's also very user friendly once you get going, highly customizable and offers different themes and colors so each team can set it up the way they prefer.

Cons

Getting started was a bit tricky at first because there are so many customization options but the improved templates they added have made that much more helpful. One thing I'd still like to see is a better confirmation step when moving a task to the next column, since it's possible to do that by accident sometimes.

“Task management actually worked well”

Pros

Task and project management mattered a lot to me and this platform made it very easy to use.

Cons

The part I was least happy with was the reporting feature, since it didn't function the way I expected especially the timeline view.

“Custom boards aligned everyone nicely”

Pros

Using it is not a hassle. It makes tracking the progress of any activity simple, automatically notifies the whole team whenever something changes and the boards can be customized a lot to fit different workflows. It also gives a very clear way for a team to stay organized and manage activities together.

Cons

Its mobile interface is not something I enjoy using. I also don't like that every update made is visible to the entire team and it feels limited when it comes to certain sharing options.

“Colorful across every department used”

Pros

The color scheme and overall readability are fantastic. They make it simple to organize different items and find what I need quickly.

Cons

Being locked into a single template is limiting and it can make getting organized at the beginning more difficult. It would be helpful to have a few template options to choose from when needed.

Pros

Task management and scheduling work really well in this software.

Cons

I did run into some difficulties with the project management side and that part still needs improvement.

Across both our internal team and client work, this has been really helpful for assigning tasks, following up on them and keeping track of where everything stands. It also makes it much easier to keep clients updated on the progress of the work currently in motion.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about but having to scroll sideways to see certain task details can be a little annoying At times hehe!

Connecting it with other tools is really easy which makes it simple to keep everything working together.

Setting up automation can be a bit tricky and takes some effort to implement properly.

On a lighter note I genuinely enjoy using it because the platform feels very user friendly.

One downside is the cost, since it's a bit expensive especially with other platforms available.

Back at my previous company Monday.com was one of the best tools we used across the organization. It helped us manage and track every task in one place which kept everything much more organized. We genuinely enjoyed working with it.

Cons

Overall I think this is a very amazing tool but it would be even better with more templates available for different industries. Adding that variety could really improve the customer experience.

This tool is very easy to use and putting it into use doesn't take much effort at all.

Cons

The downside is that it comes with a cost especially when there are other tools available that offer free versions.

It is pretty easy to use and the simple design made everything feel more user friendly. It did not take much time at all to learn how to use it comfortably.

Well now the cost started to feel a little steep once more team members were added.

Right away, the interface feels simple and clean which makes it comfortable to work in. It helps me manage both tasks and projects and I can organize everything by weeks and days depending on what I need. I also appreciate how it guides me step by step based on the goal I want to achieve because that keeps it from showing me options I am not going to use. It's very useful for creating projects and sharing them with my team and the dashboard shows me clearly how things are progressing, whether something is finished, how long it may take, who is responsible for it and which tasks need to be marked as a priority.

Cons

The only thing I don't really like is that sometimes, while creating a project, it gives suggestions that aren't necessary.

“Onboarding clumsy but teams managed”

Pros

A lot of people already know this product and it definitely has strong name recognition.

Cons

Getting started with it was frustrating. The onboarding process was difficult and poorly designed and the overall experience was hard to navigate. I stuck with it for about a week before giving up.

“Tracking tasks stayed refreshingly simple”

Pros

Entering tasks and all the related details is very easy which makes the whole process much easier to manage. It does a good job of helping coworkers stay aligned and on top of deadlines and tracking progress feels very manageable. If there isn't a dedicated project manager, people can usually just check with you directly for the information they need.

Cons

Switching back and forth between several boards can be a bit difficult. The platform can also start to feel cluttered pretty quickly when tasks aren't being updated regularly. On top of that you cannot really count on getting notifications only for the changes that actually matter to you.

“Clean management saved precious time”

Pros

This software has been amazing for us and has saved a lot of time along with hundreds of dollars. The layout is very clean and it's incredibly simple to learn and start using right away. The best thing about it is being able to bring your team into the platform, assign tasks to each person, set due dates and even mark how urgent each task is.

Cons

Adding team members can get expensive pretty fast. The first two users are free but after that the basic plan starts at $11 AUD per month for each additional user.

“User experience was genuinely best-in-class”

Pros

After using all of the big 3 this one stands out as the clear winner. The UX and UI are excellent, everything flows really well and the integrations along with user management are a major advantage.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about. The only thing I can point to is that it's missing a few extra features that ClickUp offers.

“Workflow boosts drove daily progress”

Pros

Connecting it with the other software I rely on has made a big difference in keeping my workflow organized. The IT docs feature is especially useful and being able to add a repeatable action list saves me from copying the same steps week after week which is very hassle free. I also really like how much I can customize things, use drag-and-drop and build templates for testing plans.

Cons

The thing that bothers me is that when I change the columns in one group, those same column changes get applied to every group on the page. There are times when I want different groups on the same page to have different column setups. I also really wish there were an undo option because mistakes happen and it would be helpful to quickly return to where I was before making an error.

“Tracking clicked quickly for everyone”

Pros

Across all the tracking tools I have used, this one is the most user friendly. It's especially helpful when teams are spread across different countries because updates come through almost instantly. It works well on both Chrome and iOS and the different views are easy to understand and customize around the way you work. Getting started is quick and it only takes a few minutes to learn the basics and begin collaborating with the team.

Cons

One downside is that the timeline feature which is honestly one of the best parts, isn't included in the free version. A few integrations also feel a bit limited. And if you don't stay on top of the email notification settings, your inbox can get overwhelmed fast.

“Teamwork worked across all departments”

Pros

Monday.com is very user friendly, with customizable organization tools, color options and assignment features that make everything easier to manage. You can also assign items to other people which really helps with coordinating projects across different teams in my company. On top of that even non-technical users can quickly understand how the platform works because the UX is so well designed.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints about it. The software is easy to use and is very user friendly overall.
