“Beautiful interface, weak client management”

Pros

The software looks modern and visually appealing. The interface is genuinely attractive and pleasant to work in.

Cons

That professional look doesn't fully carry over into how it works. There's definitely a lot of room for customization but setting everything up feels overly complicated. One example was the CRM capability they promoted as we installed the module expecting it to help but it really didn't function the way we needed. If all someone wants is a basic contact list with names and email addresses, it might be enough. But most teams need proper marketing automation now and just having a simple list of contacts doesn't offer much value.

Our team is considering this platform because it offers a very detailed level of customization for tools and features which would help us tailor everything to fit our clients' needs.

Getting everything set up will be a big undertaking and it's likely to require a lot of training for our team.

The interface is excellent and makes the platform very user friendly especially when setting up new workflows and connecting them to tasks.

It has a modern interface, gives you a lot of customization options, includes in-app automations and comes with useful templates.

Being able to use templates has been the biggest advantage for us and it really frees up more time for other work.

This platform suits customers who are comfortable with more advanced technology but the options could be simplified a bit to make things easier for beginners.

If you need a better way to stay organized, I'd definitely recommend monday.com. It works really well as a task manager and it's also helpful for keeping content creation plans and projects in order.

There's a bit of a learning curve at first so it takes some practice, practice, practice before using the app starts to feel natural.

Running everything from one place has been a huge win for us. I manage multiple businesses under a single account and monday.com lets me separate teams and workplaces for each company really well. The dashboards and status columns give me a fast, clear view of how every team is performing which has been fantastic. I even rely on it for personal tasks and day to day life organization too.

Cons

At times the Mac app can feel a bit slow or not include every feature I want although the Chrome version works flawlessly. Other than that, I really don't have any major complaints.

Pros

Among all the project management tools I have used this one stands out as the most user friendly and visually appealing. When a team is juggling several projects with changing deadlines and shifting priorities, the visual layout does the best job of keeping key information clear organized and easy to scan, while still letting you dig deeper when needed. It's also one of the most user friendly platforms available which really matters when some team members aren't especially tech-savvy.

Cons

They're always rolling out improvements but I still think the tracking and workflow design could look better. I have worked with similar tools that felt simpler and more visually engaging in those areas especially for workflows and progress tracking. I'd also like to see broader integrations with other widely used software.

Pros

Entering a task and adding all the relevant details is very easy. Also it does a really good job of helping keep teammates accountable for what they're working on and makes follow-ups much simpler.

Cons

Moving between different boards can be a bit confusing at times. It can also start to feel cluttered if people aren't consistently updating their tasks and the notifications tend to include every change instead of only the updates that actually matter to you.

“Tracking kept our team organized”

Pros

After our company moved over to Monday.com it was pretty simple to get around and start using right away. The task tracking works really well and the automations that trigger when a task is changed to a certain status are especially helpful. Having features like due dates and priority levels built into each task makes it much easier for our team to stay on top of what needs to be finished each week.

Cons

Uploading files feels a little odd at times. They don't always appear in the spot where you expect them to show up.

We've only recently started using it and are still getting everything set up but the functionality has been really impressive already. The built-in tutorials are helpful and the platform feels very user friendly.

At this point we have not run into any major downsides. That said there is definitely a learning curve if you've never worked with a tool like this before. It helps to set aside some time to watch the tutorials and go through the steps needed to customize the features you plan to use.

Its level of customization is excellent and it works really well for keeping projects on track. If I were managing projects, this would absolutely be my first choice for handling all the tracking.

Cons

I would not really suggest it for a recruiting team trying to manage complex roles with lots of moving parts.

Being able to track exact hours and project expenses has been the best part of using it.

At the beginning customizing some features felt overwhelming but the newer updates have kept improving that and removing the earlier issues.

Across just about every productivity need this platform delivers. The interface is extremely well optimized, everything runs quickly and efficiently and setting up or managing processes and tasks is very easy because the system is so user friendly. Plus it covers an impressive range of uses too, including business management, marketing, productivity, content creation, project management and promotion software development and more. The large library of helpful templates saves us a lot of time. For personal use and small businesses, it feels indispensable. overall it provides a 10/10 service.

Cons

Once you go beyond 4 users for collaborative work, the pricing becomes very expensive. There is also a bit of a learning curve at the start and with so many available tools, it can feel overwhelming at first.

“Flexible workflows handled absolutely everything”

Whether it is a simple task list or a more complex process, I end up using it for almost everything. It gives you plenty of room to be creative and when building workflows, you are not locked into a complicated setup.

Cons

One limitation is the lack of white label options. Most of it still carries its branding so there's not much flexibility there if you want a more custom-branded look.

Pros

Switching our office to a fully paperless setup felt very manageable with this system because it was simple to learn. We have independent agents from all age groups and even the more old-school team members were able to get comfortable with it pretty quickly.

Cons

At this point I have not run into any issues. If anything does come up as I add more services, the support team has been fantastic and very helpful.

Working with this software has been a pleasure because it's very user friendly and makes managing day to day tasks much more manageable.

One thing that really stands out is how much you can tailor this platform to your workflow, even down to creating your own status labels. Keeping tasks organized inside groups is also easy and assigning people, updating statuses and setting deadlines only takes a few clicks. The interface is modern and attractive which makes the whole experience enjoyable while still feeling very capable. The integration center is another big plus since connecting tools like Google Drive is simple and it makes attaching files to items really convenient. I have not gone deep into the automation features yet but they already seem promising and show just how feature rich the platform is.

Cons

A few parts of the system are not very user friendly and there are times when I am unsure how certain features are meant to work. I have had to rely on online tutorials more than I would like and I do wish some areas were more self-explanatory.

The platform is visually appealing and definitely grabs your attention although it isn't very easy to use.

Cons

One thing we really didn't appreciate was spending two months uploading a large amount of data, only to find out that when our boss needed access to view it, those features were locked behind an additional paywall.
