“Project management features were powerful”
Pros
Working with monday.com gives us almost endless ways to organize and manage our projects. It comes with a wide range of features that help make our work more efficient and much more effective.
Cons
I have really enjoyed using it for over a year now and the only downside I can point to is that it's a bit on the expensive side.

“Workflow powered daily efficiency consistently”
Pros
Compared to tools like Jira or ClickUp, this one seems like a more appealing choice. It may not be the most outstanding platform for project management or collaboration but its user friendly layout and colorful interface make it interesting and enjoyable to use.
Cons
At times having so many features adds to the learning curve and that can definitely be the case here for a lot of users. Once you really understand everything it can do, it becomes fun to use but getting to that point is a pretty big if.

“Teams stayed connected across departments”
Pros
It brings a fresh approach to business sustainability and project management. It helps companies stay on track with projects and CRM by keeping everyone in the organization continuously updated on project changes and customer requests. That constant connection makes it much easier to complete tasks and activities on time. The platform handles all of this in a very simple, user friendly manner, giving each team member their own space where they can assign tasks, update the work plan directly and add new tasks for others. Another thing I really value is that once updates are in place, management and stakeholders can quickly pull progress reports and check whether everything is moving according to plan.
Cons
The platform itself is very simple to work with and the interface is well designed, with clear and simple commands. More than anything, success with it really comes down to how cooperative the team is and how quickly people respond.

“Automations saved daily operational hours”
Pros
The tool is simple and it offers plenty of customization when creating boards. There always seems to be a setup that fits exactly what I need. The automation features are a huge plus, since they make both my project work and personal organization much more manageable now. I am able to automate a variety of tasks including recurring ones which saves me a lot of time. It also integrates well with other apps like Google Drive and Gmail.
Cons
One noticeable downside especially when working with a team, is that the reporting features are quite limited. I am also unable to add comments to my team members which feels like something a project and task management platform should handle better. Another issue I ran into was slow customer support. They say support is available 24/7 and should respond within an hour or less but these days I expect quicker replies and faster resolutions. On top of that the pricing feels a bit high compared to some competitors.

“Tracking kept projects timely”
Pros
It works well as a CRM, offers excellent bug tracking throughout the project and also helps with time tracking to monitor the team's work capacity.
Cons
According to me the pricing is a bit higher than what's common in the current market, the reporting feature could use improvement in future releases and there's no option to assign comments to specific team members. Other than that, it's a multidimensional platform for managing projects.

“Dashboards organized work insightfully”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for our team is how well it integrates with Slack, since that keeps company data updated very quickly. Task and project tracking is also much better because everything can be viewed and analyzed through attractive templates and charts which has really taken our business insight to another level.
Cons
A few coworkers have mentioned that the smartphone layout still has some issues when it comes to viewing tables. I'd also like the app to include a log file so I can track updates for internal purposes.

“Saw weekly team progress clearly”
Pros
Every Monday morning it helps a lot when I need to quickly figure out where I left off the previous week. It gives a clear view of what's expected from me for the current week and also shows what the rest of the team is working on.
Cons
It's not as powerful as Jira but at the same time it's much better and simpler to use.

“Teamwork tool felt incredibly versatile”
Pros
Across our company this tool has been a really positive part of how we work. I have had an excellent experience with it and it's been useful for both personal projects and business tasks. It helps me stay productive and actually get things completed. Each task can be assigned to one person or several people, depending on where the team is in the process. overall it's the platform we rely on to keep work moving because it lets us do so much in one place.
Cons
Once a project includes more than two people, you need to move to a paid plan. The bigger the team, the more expensive it gets. That said if you really understand how to use the platform well, paying for a plan can still be worth it.

“Clean interface across all departments”
Pros
The interface is very user friendly and the overall UI is modern. Since the platform has been around for a while, it's clear the team knows what they're doing.
Cons
It would be helpful if budgeting features were included especially since they could make forecasting a lot easier.

“Workflows powered daily efficiency consistently”
Pros
Keeping projects and tasks in one place has been a big win for my team. It helps everyone stay aligned, gives us a clear view of the full marketing calendar and we rely on it every day. Managing a team of 8 feels much more organized and efficient with it.
Cons
One thing I'd really like is better integration between boards. Ideally, I'd have separate boards for sales, marketing and an overall calendar to share with leadership, while still being able to connect everything. Being able to view it at a high level and then drill into the details would make it much more useful but that option isn't really there right now.

“Team dashboards worked fantastically well”
Pros
Using this with our team has been a really pleasant surprise. I wasn't sure what to expect at first but it impressed me right away. It's an excellent tool for collaboration and for keeping track of everyone's progress. You can build a dashboard for each project, break tasks down into bullet points, assign owners, set deadlines and keep everything organized in one place. It's also very convenient since it works well on both computer and phone, with both web and mobile apps available.
Cons
We first rolled it out with a team of 5 which meant we had to move to a paid plan. For smaller teams, the pricing feels pretty expensive. Once our team got much larger, though, the cost started to feel more reasonable.

“Teamwork happened effectively from anywhere”
Pros
Monday.com has been ideal for our team. The best part is being able to work with it both in the browser and on mobile so project progress can be updated from pretty much anywhere. We use it to set up projects, add the teammates involved and break everything down into tasks. Each task can be assigned to one or several people and updated as work moves forward. There's a lot you can do with it overall and it has become our go to tool for keeping work organized and getting things done.
Cons
One limitation is that you need a paid plan once more than two people are collaborating on the same project. As the team grows, the cost increases too. That said the platform is useful enough that paying for a plan makes sense in the long run if you're really making the most of what it offers.

Pros
During busy work sprints the reporting and time management tools are really simple to use. They make it very convenient to track tasks and share timesheets with customers.
