Creating new boards and projects is very easy and it does a really good job of helping organize ideas, assign tasks and keep everyone accountable.

Cons

I'd just like to see more integration options with HubSpot CRM.

Pros

Working with a team is now much more organized with this productivity app. It brings together everything needed to collaborate so there's no need to be in an office just to talk through project details. Everyone can clearly see the tasks that need to be completed each week which helps the team stay on track and work in a more structured way. While setting up task management and designing the board, I can also communicate with team members at the same time making sure they understand their responsibilities and deadlines.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about this platform. It has been very useful for speeding up tasks and improving project management.

Pros

Right away I loved how organized everything feels and how well the design is laid out. It makes searching for the data you need really simple and quick.

Cons

To me it seems to work better for larger organizations than for smaller teams.

Monday.com is a very user friendly tool. It helps centralize and manage project workloads in an agile, fast way. The platform is dynamic and they keep adding new features that make day to day work even more practical.

Cons

I still think there is room for more customization because at times it feels limiting when trying to build functions or add new cell types that would allow more cross-functional uses. There is also not much room for stronger information traceability and for data to be enriched and updated more automatically instead of manually. On top of that some automation, integration and other utility sections still need to be translated into Spanish.

Pros

Using monday.com has been excellent for project management. It keeps work more agile and organized, helps with day to day tasks and makes it clear that every coworker is handling their part so the project can be completed on time.

I really don't have any complaints about it, since it has been very helpful for me.

Pros

Collaborating across boards and tasks has been incredibly convenient and the automation is something I have really appreciated. Being able to customize how items move and how notifications are triggered has been fantastic.

Cons

Some parts of the platform felt a bit too condensed. There isn't always enough space to organize thoughts clearly and really get the most out of the system.

Pros

Submitting marketing requests to our analytics team through this tool has been very easy. The request process is simple to follow and user friendly when it comes to putting in a new request.

Cons

One thing that's disappointing is not having a way, at least that I am aware of, to go back and review requests after they've been submitted. That becomes especially frustrating with long-term projects that take weeks or even months to finish. I often end up wondering whether I submitted a certain request, whether I included a specific detail or how I should share new project information that comes up later through Slack, email or somewhere else. The product would be even better if people filling out the form had more visibility after submission.

“Automations were pretty powerful stuff”

Pros

Simply outstanding. The automations are incredibly powerful and save a huge amount of time. The level of customization is impressive and the interface is clear, professional and really attractive. Honestly not much more to say other than well done to the team.

Cons

There are a lot of options so it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. That said the UI and UX are excellent so you don't end up feeling lost the way you often do with other CRM tools.

With Monday.com I can connect it to a wide range of other platforms and it gives me complete control over how I manage the business.

The annual plan pricing is quite high which makes the product out of reach for many potential users.

Pros

This software is really easy to use and creating boards plus inviting people to collaborate feels quick and effective. There are so many impressive features built into it that often don't even get used which is kind of wild. We've now integrated it with Slack so users get instant alerts about updates and task allocations and that has made it feel like a very forward-thinking tool. Project management, task tracking and plenty of other workflows fit naturally into this platform.

Cons

One thing that does get frustrating is not being able to hide certain groups within boards from specific users. Because of that, we have to keep both an internal board and an external board which creates duplicated work. If there were a way to use one board and hide some pulses from selected users, it would make the platform even better.

Pros

After trying a long list of CRM tools and other platforms for our very specific needs, this one handles our use cases better than anything else we tested.

Cons

The only downside is the price but honestly it feels justified for what it delivers.

As a project manager this has made day to day work so much more manageable. Being able to track tasks and projects while creating clear visibility across the whole team is incredibly valuable. The support team is responsive and friendly and the built-in automations are fantastic.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything I dislike about it. If anything, I am just looking forward to seeing how the automations and forms continue to evolve with future updates.

Pros

Assigning team members to different projects is really easy so they get updates right away and can respond quickly. It also does a really good job of keeping track of all active projects and the separate boards are very helpful for staying organized.

Cons

Navigation can be a bit challenging for staff who aren't very comfortable with tech. It took some extra guidance before they felt confident using it and a few team members still have not made full use of all the features.

 Its fantastic. Its incredibly good to be able to customize templates and even construct dependent workflows based on projects.

Cons

It may appear complicated at first as you gain some experience, but after a while, you will be speeding around and moving tasks forward.

A really good platform for keeping work issues organized across the team and making it easier for everyone to stay on top of their tasks.

Adding notes within other notes can be a bit confusing and harder to manage than it should be.

“Flexible boards organized work effectively”

Pros

Signing in with my Google account was a big plus since I didn't have to make one more username and password. Creating new boards, setting up projects and adding items is pretty easy. The interface looks nice and being able to use colors to show completion status makes everything much clearer at a glance. It also works well across a variety of different use cases which makes it feel very versatile.

Cons

One thing that bothered me is that when I create a new board or project item, it automatically puts in two sets of empty items in the groups. There may be a way to disable that but it wasn't obvious. I also wish there were a more structured onboarding process to help users get organized and fully understand the tool from the start. Once you begin using it, you're mostly left to figure things out on your own unless you go searching for videos or tutorials to learn how to make full use of it.

There are lots of different options, features and tools in this program and they can be used together to manage projects and tasks in a very practical way. The software offers a really decent environment and a well-designed platform for keeping everything organized and under control.

Cons

The thing that bothers me is that the software is not very user friendly. For some users, it can be hard to figure out at first and you have to spend time learning how it works. In certain situations, that can make using the software feel frustrating.

Working with this software has been a big help for both me and my team when it comes to managing, tracking, planning and carrying out projects. It lets us keep a close eye on project progress and daily tasks which has helped prevent work from piling up and keeps everything much more organized during project preparation. Communication and collaboration between team members also flow better and it saves time by automating manual tasks while making it easier to analyze important data. On top of that it offers plenty of customizable work templates, dashboards and integrations with tools like Outlook, Zoom, Dropbox, Google Drive, Excel and others.

Cons

I honestly have not come across any downsides with this software because it does everything I need it to do.

It is pretty easy to use which is a big advantage. Creating tasks, assigning them to people and updating progress are all user friendly and simple to do.

Cons

One of the hardest parts with project management tools in general is getting people to actually keep coming back to them. Since the platform is mainly used just for project management, it can be really easy to forget to check it or not feel motivated enough to go back in regularly. Our team never really explored the integrations and maybe that could have helped but that's just how it felt to me.
